Beautiful 5th floor condo located in Palm Beach. Across the street from the Four Seasons Hotel, this two bedroom condo was recently renovated with completely new kitchen and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a walk-in closet. The master bath has large stall shower and a double vanity. The second bedroom is furnished as a den/study with a sleep sofa. The guest bathroom has a tube/shower with newly installed glass door. The recently renovated kitchen includes new cabinets and appliances. The spacious living room has two sliding glass doors to a balcony overlooking the inland waterway and the condo's circular swimming pool. The condo is across the street from the ocean and the beach is easily accessible for condo residents. The building maintains beach chairs at the ocean site. The buildings interior was renovated within the past year. In addition to the pool, the building has a fitness facility and other recreation rooms.
The property is owned by two brothers who acquired the condo from their parents. They do not live in Florida; but, they love the location and plan on future use which is not practical at this time.
The property is located in the southern end of the Palm Beach Island, north of the Lake Worth bridge, on Route A1A across the street from the luxurious Four Season Hotel.
The condo is clean and bright with wonderful views. Recently (2013) renovated kitchen and bathrooms provide a comfortable and practical residence. Furnished tastefully, the unit has a clean uncluttered look.
My husband & I rented this apt. last winter & loved the building so much we bought our own apt. here! From the balcony view overlooking the intra-coastal to the clean laundry room just steps away (on the same floor), this apt. had everything I wanted for a winter getaway. Everyone I met in the bldg. was friendly. Easy access to beach that felt "private". I would definitely recommend this unit, especially now that it's been renovated!
