My husband, dog and I traveled 12 hours to stay at the PCB Townhouse. It was exactly as described.
Spent a week in this great condo it was perfect for us and plenty of room had we wanted to bring another couple. The best part of our day was the sunsets - everyone on their decks just watching the beautiful sun set with the perfect weather. The condo was very comfortable and easy to maneuver. We will definitely be back and we have told several other people how it was definitely worth the money. I honestly don't see a drawback, except that maybe when we have an available week to head that way - he will be booked. Good for him, not so good for us.
Four of us and our little Cairn Terrier (Toto dog) spent a week in this amazing condo. The entire experience was flawless, from the initial booking to the checkout. The condo was furnished with practically everything we needed.
David thought of pretty much everything to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The views of the Gulf were extraordinary from the patio, the master balcony and the doggie fenced in yard facing the beach! There is NO OTHER PLACE LIKE IT if you have a furry friend traveler! You will LOVE the pet friendly patio and fenced in yard for your little traveler!
Let's talk about the patio. When we weren't in the water, we were spoiling ourselves with this over-sized patio sitting under the umbrella sipping frozen drinks... basking in the breathtaking views! <3

PS... We wanted to stay here in June, 2016, started looking in April and he was booked solid. Therefore, if you see a vacancy, grab it before someone else does! ;)
Unit is clean, no carpet or rugs, which I guess is good since pets are allowed. I have severe pet allergies and I was fine, until I came in contact with the blankets. I just washed them and it was fine.
The view is great and it's a short distance to the beach.
We liked the leather furniture.
The bathrooms were updated and nice.
THE BEDS!!!! Master bed is horrible!!!!! No support. Feels like you're going to roll off. Big hump in the middle. The bed creaks loudly with EVERY SLIGHT MOVEMENT. Extremely annoying especially because we have a baby sleeping with us and we need quiet. Seriously, the high price of this townhouse should get you a high end mattress. The bed is a deal breaker for us. Also the sheets are cheap. They're see through. Luckily I brought my own. The bedspread was old and hideous. Seriously, a duvet is needed. It wouldn't take much $$$$ to update the master and make it comfortable, but apparently this isn't a priority. Again, the price of this rental should guarantee above average bed and linens. Sailfish falls way short. Very disappointing.
The TV'S are very small. I was trying to watch the hockey playoffs in the master bedroom and couldn't see what was happening. The TV is too small for the room. The same for the living room.
The towels smell like mildew. I've washed them several times and the smell isn't going away. Also, we have 5 people staying here and we were only given 6 sets of towels, far fewer than other rentals we have stayed in. It was not a sufficient amount.
There are no curtains of any kind in the bedrooms, so expect to get a sun filled room at 5:30 am! Again, not cool when you have a baby you're trying to get to sleep into mid-morning! Blackout drapes would be nice.
Coffee and end tables need updated.
The unit only has seating for 4 at the table. There is no breakfast bar. There needs to be additional seating for meals.
My overall impression is that this unit has been updated with granite counters, updated baths and built in dressers and leather furniture. Several things were overlooked. The beds and linens/towels need updated as well as the TV's. We usually stay in units half the price as this one and they have better comforts. If the owner addresses these issues, I would gladly stay here again, but as it is now, I don't recommend it. The bed really has us unhappy. It's so loud, I don't understand what the problem is, but a good quality bed wouldn't make loud noise.
Sailfish properties are a Gulf lovers dream because your deck is about 75 yards from water. We found the townhouse on the western end of Panama City Beach (we leased for two months) to be newly remodeled with granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms and everything clean and ready for us to enjoy ourselves. The southern end of the townhouse (both floors) has double glass sliding doors opening onto decks and provides a dramatic view of the Gulf. There is nothing more relaxing than hearing the waves wash onto one of the most beautiful beaches in America. Molly, our dog, loved the fenced in beach with wild ocean oats growing very much. She could come and go without bothering us most of the time. Very quite as well. We hope to return to Sailfish again. However, during this month we have had 3 people knock on the door and inquire about leasing next year. So dates for next year probably are going fast.
A little piece of heaven for 9 days, we had a fantastic Christmas and New year on the beach, the town house was modern and very well updated, parking right outside the door, with views that were amazing right on your back porch. the sunsets are stunning, the sand is like sugar and the water emerald green and clear. we will definitely go back and would highly recommend the property, the house is much larger than the photos portray, we are a family of 5 (3 teens) with dogs so the fenced in back yard was a bonus although my pup was tall enough to step over the fence in parts it was fine we just had a long leash! the beds were very comfy but the sofa bed not so much, this was no problem for us though as the actual sofa was great to sleep on, each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom that are beautiful and the master has a private deck, ahh bliss! the main pier is 2 miles away with great shopping and entertainment, we didn't actually eat out as everything we needed was at the townhouse, there are grocery stores near by. I didn't see much of the kids as they were always out on the beach or in the water, we had planned to tour nearby areas when we got there but we didn't need to or want to, everything we needed was right there, we saw dolphins and rays playing in the ocean it was such a treat.
New Year celebrations on the pier were great, we also spent time with some of the resident neighbors to bring in the new year, everyone was so very friendly.
Dave was super easy to deal with and very responsive to all of our needs, my flight didn't leave until 5:30 pm and he allowed me to stay at the house way past our departure time, he arranged for his cleaning crew to come in late, very accommodating indeed.
I cant say enough good things about the whole experience from booking to leaving the house, all thanks to Dave.
We enjoyed a wonderful get away with our dog. The place is magnificent! Beautiful view, nice and clean, and close to everything. The owner was a dream to work with! Answered super quick, so nice and very easy going! We can't wait to come back over and over again! We have found our "home away from home"
