Spacious home in a fantastic location!

We have stayed in this home the past two summers. It is very clean and well appointed with everything needed for our visits. It is very spacious with plenty of room for a large group. The location is the best feature of the house. It is within walking distance to the center of Vail and convenient to most activities. There is a bus stop right outside the front door if you want to catch a ride to the golf clubhouse or one of the many nearby trail heads. The property manger is wonderful, responsive and very easy to work with!!

Beautiful Comfortable Place

The home was clean and well appointed. We had 3 couples in for a ski vacation. There was plenty of room for fun and privacy. The bus stop was almost at the end of the driveway (hard to beat). Communicating with Theresa and Paul was easy. 5 Stars

Heated floors + parking spot at Riva Bahn

Well maintained house in walking distance from Vail village, but the parking spot across the street from Golden Peak valet parking was fabulous to have. The small maintenance company was great and very responsive to our requests. The side yard is perfect for sledding. Excellent grill, heated driveway and balconies. Lots of interesting books in the house. It's a little bit dated and needs a new dishwasher, but very comfortable and spacious. We had a great experience there and would return without hesitation.

Perfect Family Retreat

The owners have every reason to be proud of their home, it is the perfect retreat for any family. The location, with bus stop literally out the front door, is a scene out of your favorite Christmas movie. My family of seven had a magical holiday and it is largely due to this wonderful home. I will happily recommend it to anyone and am likely to rent again. Fyi, the agents for the house were extraordinarily responsive to our calls and emails.
