Schöne Wohnung bei unklarer Preisangabe

Die Wohnung ist schön, die Lage ist traumhaft. Die erste Preisangabe im Inserat ist nicht in Ordnung. Der zunächst genannte Preis beim Aufrufen bezieht sich nur auf das Objekt ohne Gäste. Die eher unklaren Angaben dazu tauchen erst unterhalb aller Bewertungen auf. Hier kommt also noch ein zusätzlicher Betrag pro Tag für Gäste hinzu.

Wunderbarer Blick auf die Müritz

Der Blick auf die Müritz und damit die Lage des Objekts ist wunderbar, allerdings wurde leider im Inneren in den letzten Jahren nicht viel getan und so stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leider gar nicht. Nach oben gewelltes Küchenfurnier, schmutzige alte Gardinen, abgenutztes angeschlagenes Geschirr, eine alte Schlafcouch, die auseinanderfällt und Rückenschmerzen verursacht, völlig aufgelöste, zerlöcherte alte Liegen- und Stuhlauflagen, zusammengestückeltes Inventar... Nach sofortigem Hinweis an die Vermieter, wollte man dann Listen mit uns erarbeiten, was wir abgelehnt haben, da wir im Urlaub uns nicht um Handwerker kümmern möchten. Wasserhahn wurde ohne Ankündigung gewechselt, was nicht angenehm ist, wenn plötzlich jemand Fremdes in der Wohnung war. Es sollte der Winter (oder es hätte die Coronapause) genutzt werden (sollen) zur grundsätzlichen Erneuerung, nicht wenn Gäste ihren verdienten Urlaub machen. Für den von uns bezahlten Preis einfach nicht in Ordnung.

Schönes Objekt

Im Juni haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus in Röbel verbringen dürfen. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, in der Küche in an alles gedacht. Ideal ist die Unterkunft für 2 Personen. Der Blick auf die Müritz ist traumhaft. Badestrand und Stadtkern sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Röbel ist reich bestückt mit Gaststätten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die umliegenden Orte bieten ebenfalls viele Möglichkeiten für Erkundungen unterschiedlichster Art. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter!
