Beautiful Newly-Listed Beachfront Condo 2BR/2BA

This bright beach-front 3rd floor unit is perfect for a luxurious and relaxing vacation. Boasting world-class views of the Gulf of Mexico while providing all the comforts of home, this unit (Unit #313) will set the stage for an unforgettable stay.

The unit (which comfortably sleeps 5) features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, with new cabinetry and the bulkhead and sidepost removed to open up the space. The open-concept dining area (which seats 6) and fully furnished living space leads directly onto the lanai, which is also accessible from the master bedroom.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, with a walk-in closet with vanity table leading to a 3/4 private bath. The second bedroom also has a 3/4 private bath as well as a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms and the living area are equipped with brand new flat-screen TVs.

For your convenience, we have included a washer, dryer, dishwasher, free Wi-Fi, HD cable and a telephone. Each bed comes with two sets of linens, and towels are included. Also, you will have access to a storage locker where you will find beach chairs and a beach umbrella.

The Somerset building is perfect for families, couples and groups of up to 5, with its amicable nature, quiet atmosphere and private beach entrance. It is a safe and secure building on the south western side of Marco Island along its famous Crescent Beach. Activities such as water sports, golfing, hiking, dolphin and alligator tours, bird-watching, and yoga are within walking distance. World-class dining is available in both casual and formal settings and a dine-in movie theatre is right across the street.

Naples is just a 30-minute drive away, and with fishing off the Pier, shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue, art exhibitions in the park and Tin City, anyone of any age can find an excellent way to spend the day.

Great location, great condo!

We stayed here with our two young kids and it worked great. Having such easy access to the beach and pools was so convenient, and the condo itself was very nice and clean. I especially loved the entry room to drop all of our beach toys and pool bags so we didn't have to drag all of that into the main living area of the condo.

Very nice property and awesome location

This was our first time staying at the property and we loved it so much so that we are thinking of coming back. We loved the spaciousness of finishes of the unit and absolutely loved the location. We could walk to the beach to check out excursions and walk to get ice cream, go to dinner, mini golf, etc. The only thing we would have liked were some additional dishtowels and kitchen wash clothes, sponges and some kitchen detergent to get us started. Other than that we would absolutely consider going again.

Somerset Sensational Sunsets!!

We have rented this condo and several others from this Property Manager over the last 5 years. Somerset Condos is one of the nicest buildings on the Beach in Marco Island. Walking distance to everything. Very Secure. The units, individually, have all been renovated with high end finishes including new kitchens/baths, granite, appliances, all new furniture, floors. These units are very well maintained, from ceiling to floor. The deck and sunset views are to die for!! The Management Company is very responsive to any concerns or requests. We will be returning renters for years to come....

Renters must pay 15% upfront (non-refundable) and HomeAway service fee which will be between approximately 4% and 10% of the total cost (non-refundable), the rest 60 days before the arrival date, non-refundable (includes $500 refundable damage deposit).

All inquiries will be answered within 24 hours Monday-Friday, 9am-4:30pm.

All renters must pay a $50 application fee directly to the Somerset no later than 10 days before the arrival date.

We rent only Saturday-Saturday but might be able to make an exception.
