Sunny, south-facing slope, view on the village and into the mountain regions

The house Dr. Muxel was rebuilt in a modern Alpine style. The house is situated on the south-facing location.

The apartments have a free panoramic view over the village, and on all the surrounding mountain scenery.

Since 2014 this apartment has received a large balcony, from where you can enjoy the wonderful views.

Our house is situated in a very quiet and remote location.

The nearest bus station is 2 minutes away.

In the flat we do not permit smoking.

Guest cards starting from one night in the summer: Our guests receive a summer guest card starting from the 1st night. Many things can be used for free in this place: for example, bus in the surrounding walking areas, paths in the hiking areas, guided walks, outdoor swimming pool with water slide, tennis courts, golfing and much more.

The bedroom is separated from the living and kitchen area by a sliding door. The living and sleeping rooms are open to the roof gable, thus very bright and full of light.

Above the double bed in the second floor is a double-deck gallery, which is well suited for 2 children.

The fully equipped kitchen offers all the modern comforts: dishwasher, Cerna cooking plates, microwave, coffee maker and Nespresso machine.

The loggia offers a great NEW balcony when opening both sliding glass doors.

Erstklassige , moderne Ferienwohnung mit Top-Ausstattung. Es fehlt an nichts.

Top-Aussicht auf den Ort und das Ohmeshorn.

Brötchenservice, Sauna, ca. 150 m zur Bushaltestelle, das Auto kann man vom Anreise- bis zum Abreisetag stehenlassen. Sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nette Vermieter, die sich um alle Belange schnell kümmern.

Schön und ruhig

Sehr schöne, komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung bei äußerst netten Vermietern. Das Haus liegt angenehm ruhig am Ortsrand von Lech. Zu Fuß erreicht man den Ortskern in ca. 10 min. Der tagsüber alle 10 min. verkehrende Pendelbus bringt einen völlig unproblematisch zu den Skiliften im Ort mit dem wunderschönen Skigebiet von Lech, Zürs, Stuben und St. Anton. Da es uns so gut gefallen hat, waren wir schon mehrfach im Januar in dem Haus.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Eine wunderschöne, moderne, helle Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf Lech und Omeshorn. Komplett, großzügig eingerichtet. Keine 100m zur Bushaltestelle und sehr freundliche Vermieter. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

The house Dr. Muxel is located in Lech near the fire station and local history museum. The free local and tour buses are a few steps away from the house on the main road, and take you into the centre of Lech, as well as to the stations of the cable cars running during the summer time at regular, short intervals. By foot it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the village centre. The beautiful trail 'Flühenweg', which leads both to the Stubenbach district and from the centre of Lech to the church. It’s only a few steps.

Absolutely quiet outskirts.

Other activities: skiing, cross-country skiing, snow hiking, summer hiking, golfing

Ski: We have a beautiful ski resort in Lech, which fulfils all needs, and has everything from beginner slopes to the most challenging red and black descents. The area is ideal for ski tours etc. There are very well-trained ski instructors and guides for all needs, which you can book through the Lech ski school. For the youngest skiers we have excellent ski kindergartens and schools.
