3 Bedroom Penthouse (200m2) with air conditioning / heating. two bathrooms,lounge,dining room,fitted kitchen & utility room. Will sleep up to 7 adults (cot also available), Pool,lift,24 hour security, two large terraces. 30 mins from Malaga Airport/3km from Marbella centre the aptmt is situated in an established exclusive estate on the land surrounding the Los Monteros Hotel*****. The location and ideal for those looking for a very quiet and relaxed holiday. 10 Mins walk to beach,10 mins walk to nearest beach restaurant.

Airport Transfers available: We have property managers who look after key holding and meet and greet services. They can arrange pick ups from the airport and drop offs at a much cheaper rate than airport taxis, bringing you to the doorstep and running through the basic information about the apartment and facilities with you. If you do drive yourself they are only a phone call away should you find yourself with any small problems. They will meet you at the apartment with keys or direct your hire car should you get lost. We will e-mail or post comprehensive directions to those guests who do hire a car. The company are very accommodating and will stop off at the supermarket on route from the airport to pick up essential groceries or for a small service charge they will stock the fridge before you arrive with whatever you preorder.

Golf tours: The property managers incorporate a golf pro who is happy to arrange directly with you after booking the apartment your golf requirements. As the property sleeps 7 adults it is great for golfing breaks.

Celebration of 40th Birthday

I stayed at this accommodation in early Nov 2008, to celebrate my 40th birthday as I did not want to spend the actual day in the cold UK! We had arranged with the owners for transfers to and from the airport, which is a brilliant service that can be provided and it was very reasonably priced. The apartment is situated around 30 mins away from Malaga airport. On arrival at the location our driver took our luggage up to the apartment, showed us around and gave us useful information on the apartment, hotel site and nearby Marbella. He also left his number so we could contact him if we had any queries, which again is a useful service. Our accommodation was excellent...clean, well furnished and spacious. The listing description was also accurate. The actual Los Monteros site is beautiful..well maintained properties and gardens and the La Cabane was breathtaking. Although we never ate there we did purchase a couple of alcohlic drinks, which were expensive but the service given by the staff was excellent. The accommodation is ideally situated and as we did not want to hire a car we found getting to and from Marbella (15 mins bus/taxi) and Puerto Banus very easy. The buses were very cheap i.e. a couple of euros return.

We were blessed with fantastic sunny weather for our whole stay (three days and nights in total) and we were lucky because the weather had been poor the previous weekend. We were able to wear short sleeved clothing in the daytime, but the nights did get a little cool, so you had to wear a cardigan or light jacket. I was blessed to wake up on my birthday to glorious weather and drinking champagne to celebrate at 0830 hrs...marvellous!

This was my first time to Marbella and although I had researched the area I was pleasantly surprised that it still maintained it's old charm in the town and was nothing like the 'costa del crime' as has so often been depicted. We found it a tasteful place, with fantastic restaurants and shops and walking around in the town did not feel like we were in one of the 'costas'.

In all, the accommodation and location was excellent, which all contributed in making my 40th memorable. Excellent customer service provided by owners. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone. The only negative is it did get cold in the apartment at night and although there were portable heaters only two worked and they were not that effective, so I feel in the colder months this would be a problem.

Perfect property

We recently rented this property whilst on holiday in Marbella to attend a wedding at La Cabane in Los Monteros, after a delayed flight and a dodgy satnav we finally made it there to be greated by a lovely gentleman and a large spacious airy apartment. The apartment was perfect, the apartment pool was spotless with its own lifeguard and the location was brilliant for us, only a five min drive/taxi into Marbella town and based on a security guarded complex we felt extreemly safe and comfortable. We will be returning there with our son in the future.

TODO PERFECTO!!!

Hemos pasado una semana de Junio con mi baby de un año en este maravilloso ático. Tiene de todo, es inmenso y las dos terrazas (una de ellas con columpio) están ubicadas en diferente orientación con lo cual disfrutas del exterior a todas horas. Zona muy tranquila y las piscinas (hay una para los peques) rodeadas de césped y de muchísimos árboles.

La casa tiene el dormitorio principal, baño y una terraza en un lado y en el otro los 2 dormitorios restantes con lo cual es perfecto para las familias o grupos de amigos. El salón es muy grande y la cocina totalmente equipada, además dispone de cuna y trona para los más pequeños.

Cerca de la casa hay supermercados, restaurantes, farmacia...y el Centro Comercial La Cañada está a 10 minutos en coche.
