Beautifully situated with a superb sea view, this one bedroom apartment is in the port of Puerto Banus itself. The terrace faces the beach to the east. The size of the apartment is 65 m2 with terraces that consists of a living room, open kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms. There is a sofa bed in the living room where up to two children can sleep. This is a unique quieter part of the port with the main entrance opposite Louis Vuitton and the new D&G designer shops. There are very few apartments like this one so you are advised to book early.

Notes:
This is a great location for sunbathing on the beach in the daytime and loads of Nightlife with clubs and pubs within very short walking distance. Some of the best shops in Spain right on the doorstep. The apartment is on the sea front in the port itself no need for taxis. Apartment comes with 32 inch flat screen with Sky TV.

Superb location!

Good sized apartment with locked gated entrance which makes you feel safe & secure. Plenty storage in bedroom and lovely comfy bed. Kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals if you wish to eat in. Five minutes walk from the massive supermarket, shopping trolley provided so even shopping was a pleasure! Location is fabulous and the view from the balcony is superb. Easy to use shower with plenty of hot water. TV had only Spanish channels so an ipad to download programmes is a must, internet readily available. Air conditioning is coin operated but does not extend to the bedroom, a fan is provided which is effective. Operating instructions for the aircon remote would be useful as we couldnt work out if we could suspend the meter when the aircon was switched off. Some noise could be heard from the nightclub on the port side of the building which may prove a problem for light sleepers. All in all we had a fabulous holiday and loved the freedom to come and go as we pleased. Perfect for people watching - would recommend.

Perfect for anyone!

Very clean, fantastic location! Everything within walking distance- beach, nightlife, shops & super market.

We too used the shuttle company and found it very good.

Nigel reponded quickly to the minor queries we had. Would highly recommend a holiday in this property!

Perfect Location

The apartment was lovely and spacious with a great balcony view of the beach. The location was perfect, with anything we needed at our fingertips. I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment and would 100% visit again! We had a great holiday :)

Good value for money!

The website pictures really do this property no justice .... the property is bigger in reality.

Very clean and has everything you really need, right down to a shopping trolley, which is very useful for the big supermarket shop and bringing back plenty of water....the big hyper supermarket is only a five min walk from the property.

The only negative for this property, is that we couldn't work out how to get the air-con to work below 18c.... so it was scorchio in the property, as it was 34c outside! Remember to keep all your euros for the air con.

The location of the property is absolutely spot on.... for the beach, shopping and nightlife....

The property is about an hour and half walk along the beach to marbella old town, which I recommend you visit, plenty of beach restaurants along the way, including a fav beach restaurant of mine called Victors...

With regards to the transportation from Malaga airport to the property...I recommend the following....

Use a company called shuttle direct and order a private taxi, which are very comfortable, a merc 4X4.

It will cost you £50 each way. Compared to £90 for picking up a taxi outside the airport! Taxis cannot get right outside the property as only local residents can do so with a residential permit.

They will drop you off at this address (a 4 min walk to the property)

amazing location!

What a great little apartment in a perfect location, well equipped with everything we needed. Air con was great and definitely needed ,can be quite hard to convince someone in a shop to change notes to one euro coins daily though! Will be back to the wonderful place for sure :)
