This 1969 split level home has been completely renovated and is the Model Home for my construction company and is yours to enjoy at a two star price. Every detail has been immaculately attended to. The fully private lower level of my home is available for your stay and can sleep comfortably up to 4. Lots of windows and light throughout showcases this 1800 sq. ft. home, its charismatic and comfortable living suite, which includes a pool table, HDTV with Comcast cable, DVD player, Comcast high speed internet and WI-FI. Each of the 2 large bedrooms has queen beds with pillow top mattresses and HDTV and Comcast cable in each room. The kitchen is well stocked comfortable and well-appointed will all the basics you would need to cook a full meal for your family. The bathroom has on-demand hot water heater, which is very comfortable as you'll never run out of hot water and we have a shared laundry facility! Up until recently I have lived in this; my family home, with my father, and my wife, Isabel, Café, a dachshund is our family dog and quite the charmer! I am the Principal of a Construction Company, We Do Everything Business & Home Services, Inc., and this is our Model Home that showcases all the great work we do. I took this outdated house and transformed it into comfortable modern home with all updates amenities. Since my father lived with us until 2013, my home was designed to be comfortable for two families to live together, but not be in each others way! I've been an Entrepreneur my entire life and I love meeting and socializing with people from all around the world, so it just made sense to try out the Vacation Rental business. We are an English and Spanish speaking home. I took this 1969 old split level house and transformed it into what it is today… a modern home with all the newest amenities, not a pretentious showroom, but a comfortable, peaceful home that I’m sure your will enjoy, with a Northwest style, we look forward to meet you all.

CLOSE to everything and EASY access to all freeways and the airport. OUR home is a perfect home base to all the wonderful day trips that the Vancouver/Portland area offers.
Golf can be just moments away. This is a well suited home away from home. My home is different from any split level home you've been in. Travertine tile and hard wood flooring is used throughout, with knotty-wood pine doors and trims that make you think of grandma's house! It is our Model Home with all the newest amenities, not pretentious showroom, but a comfortable, peaceful home that I’m sure your will enjoy. We look forward to meet you all, COME stay and enjoy!

My wife and I stayed in this lovely home for 3 full days while we toured Portland and surrounding nature areas, such as Mount Hood and Multnomah Falls. The property is located in Vancouver in close proximity to the Portland airport and downtown. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with very pleasant foliage and surroundings.
The rental is the bottom floor of the home occupied by the owner named Warren, who literally will go out of his way to make sure you have a pleasant experience and have everything you need. You will have private access to the bottom floor and street side parking which eliminates any costs associated with hotel parking.
We found the rental to be delightful with 2 bedrooms and very comfortable beds, a fully equipped, modern kitchen, full size washer and dryer, and all the amenities you would want, including wireless Internet. You cannot go wrong in renting this property. I highly recommend it – in aggregate, it is far superior to any decent hotel room you might be considering at roughly equal the cost.
My family of four that includes two teens stayed three nights while visiting family last weekend. I cannot say how comfortable and pleased we were staying in Warren's model home. Our only regret was not enough time visiting with Warren! Everything was top notch, well appointed and very private feeling.
This is a beautiful property. It it very well kept and very comfortable. The owners were very accommodating. Very centrally located. I would stay here again for sure.
We were guests at Warren's for five nights and had a wonderful stay which offered peace and quiet, and also easy access to the area's attractions. We agree with the reviews: the photos are accurate, the rooms were immaculate, comfortable, and the combination of indoor/outdoor living was perfect for our needs. It is centrally located for activities in the Vancouver/Portland areas, and in a quiet, safe residential location with friendly neighbours. We were especially impressed with the layout of the rooms, which offered areas of quiet whilst other family members could have their freedom. As I had a good deal of work to do, the wifi offered easy access to the office, and the layout provided peace to do the work, while other family members could relax. The bathroom and kitchen areas are separate from the bedrooms and living areas, which provides privacy, if needed. The bedroom and living areas offer good entertainment and are comfy like home. The beds are super comfortable (I'd like to find the mattresses and pillows; they were so comfortable). Last, but not least, it is a cook's kitchen, if you prefer to eat at home, and you can easily eat on the patio table, which is off the kitchen and shaded from the sun. It's also a lovely spot for refreshment after being out all day. Warren, his wife, and Café have the grace of being welcoming and friendly, but also respecting privacy. I don't think they could have done anything more to make our stay more enjoyable, and was sorry not to be able to say thank you in person. If in the area, it would be a pleasure to stay here again.
Our stay was wonderful and Warren and Co. were very helpful in making our stay great! Went for a wedding and found the location to be very convenient and the neighborhood very nice. The house was great and we did enjoy our time there with each other as well as Cafe' from upstairs!
We were guests of Warren's for eight nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Photos very accurately reflect the rental's inviting decor and immaculate cleanliness, but can't possibly capture the comfort of the beds and couches, convenience of the huge modern kitchen, fun of the pool table and peacefulness of the backyard garden! Warren made sure we had excellent information about activities and adventures in the area. He also treated us to several five-star breakfasts . . . including one of delicious pancakes he cooked according to his grandmother's recipe. We were very pleased that the rental placed us conveniently between Mount St. Helen's, Portland, OR & Vancouver, WA and the Columbia River Gorge. It was very easy to explore in all directions - including both the Washington and Oregon sides of the Columbia River Gorge. I highly recommend Warren's rental and would be thrilled to stay with him again. The morning we left to return home, Warren asked what he could have done to make our stay more enjoyable. I looked at my husband and two adult daughters and we were all shaking our heads, shrugging our shoulders and saying, "Nothing!"

Our Home is centrally located in Beautiful NE Vancouver Washington. 12 miles or a fast 20 minute drive NW of the Portland International Airport and only 7 miles to Downtown Vancouver. Golf is just steps away! Mt St Helen's, Mt Hood, the Oregon and Washington coasts are all an HOUR away!
