Nice space for the 5 of us. We loved the privacy & especially the lanai.

  • 5 of 5

Great property for the price. We spent a lot of time on the lanai. Very private yet super close to the beautiful beach, jetty, restaurants & Publix. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Extremely Basic Property

  • 1 of 5

Good points are walking distance to the beach and sleeps six people. Needs a deep cleaning from top to bottom.

Owner's Response: Apparently you can't please everyone. However, all of the features and amenities of the property, which are considerable, are described and pictured in the listing. I suppose the need for a deep cleaning is in the eye of the beholder. We do that at least twice a year and our regular cleanings are generally viewed as excellent. Notice that there are no specific complaints about anything not working, anything being uncomfortable, anything being insufficient or lacking, etc., etc. What we have here are 6 adults who paid $420 plus tax and exit cleaning for 4 nights. For a three bedroom, two bath place with 4 beds, wi-fi, washer/dryer, Samsung HD LED TV, etc. etc. That comes out to $17.50 per person per night. There are people who demand the Ritz Carlton at a Hampton Inn price and then complain that there is dust under the bed. It happens.

Property was well cared for with just enough rooms and beds for the whole family.

Comfortable and convenient.

  • 5 of 5

We had a very pleasant, long stay. It is our second time renting at this location. We had everything we needed. At checkout, you are asked to suggest one improvement - I couldn't come up with any suggestions!

The unit was clean and well-prepared for our visit.

We will be back soon!

Comfortable place stay close to everything

  • 4 of 5

Great place close to the beach. We loved the outdoor porch with chairs to sit and relax. The beds were comfortable and great shower heads in the bathroom. The outdoor shower was nice to rinse all the sand off before walking into the house. I did notice behind the behind the nightstands was dirty but that's an easy fix. It needs to be sprayed for bugs as well. I would definitely come back with that being said.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your kind comments. As it happens, your stay was right before the twice annual "deep clean" and pest control. So it's clean as a hospital right now. It's Florida, it's August, we have had a couple of feet of rain. You can never keep every ant and bug out of the house since the houses are not sealed airtight. But we do a pretty good job. In response also to a prior review the rough asphalt has been removed and repaved ($3800) and the lanai has been both re-painted and completely cleaned. But absolute perfection on every aspect of every stay is just not possible. That is what the Ritz-Carlton is for. And I doubt they meet the standard. We strive for superior service and accommodations every day. Thank you for your overall positive review. Greg Nelson
