Enter upon marble floors in your elegant and fully furnished 2,000 square foot rental home. Enjoy the gorgeous views of the ocean from either one of your two beach front balconies. The first balcony leads out of the living area. The second balcony leads out of the master-bedroom. The master-bedroom has a king sized bed with
a huge walk-in closet. There are 2 other bedrooms with 1 queen sized bed and queen-sized futon. There is also a pull out couch with a queen sized bed in the living room. The condo comfortably sleeps 5 (new rules have been applied recently) people. Every room has it's own bathroom and flat screen TV with cable. One room can be used as an office it has a printer and computer with complimentary Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven and dishwasher. The condominium has a pool, hot-tub, spa with massage therapy and Fitness Center. We provide your own personal parking spot with complimentary Valet parking.
Located in the heart of Sunny Isles the condominium is REAL walking distance to restaurants and shopping. 5 minutes from Bal Harbor Mall. The pool area leads onto the pier where you can walk to the nearest restaurants and grab lunch in your bathing suit! Our rental provides all you need to enjoy your stay in beautiful Sunny Isles, Florida!La Perla is a full-service condominium complete with a 24-hour doorman, children's play room, gym with an incredible ocean view, billiard table, library room, party room, open pool, jacuzzi, and topping it all off, a complimentary beach service providing tenants with lounge chairs and umbrellas to enjoy the best of the gorgeous Sunny Isles beach comfortably and in style.
The complex is very nice and so is the staff at La Perla. From front desk to bell boys, etc.
However when we got to La Perla to meet with the person in charge of our rental, on Dec. 24 instead of welcoming us (after a long long trip from Canada), she only told us "it is a regular condo, try NOT to call me because it is the Hollidays”. Very rude. We did not call her.
We paid a great amount of money for our 13 nights there and we decided to leave 4 days early because it is not a well maintained and comfortable condo at all. Not enough furniture, ugly and dated decor, unfurnished kitchen (see below) and dirty. Very dissapointing for the price we paid.
-The 3 patio doors were dirty, we could barely see through them. They haven’t been washed for a very long time.
- It is a side sea view condo, and the ocean is pretty far since it is located next to Collins avenue. Very very noisy.
-Only 2 small and dirty chairs on 2 of the 3 balconies, no comfort at all. No way you would eat there.
-The kitchen has only ONE cookware, with an unfit cover and a few t-Fall pans that are scratched and finished and barely no kitchen tools, no wine opener, I had to buy a few myself.
-The ice maker in the refrigerator is broken and filled with old fish smell dated ice cubes.
-The oven has not been washed for months, if not years.
-The dishwasher door is broken, we barely used it because we couldn’t close/open the door properly.
-The mattress (master) is the worst I have ever slept on and felt like we were sleeping on a box spring. The master bath filled with old and dated carpets and "body hairs" flying around. Gross. Shower head is broken, and only give a tiny water jet.
-In the second bedroom, the bathroom floor is dirty with something that cannot be removed (black “sticky” spots in front of the toilet, very gross).
-In the third bedroom (very small den), no human can sleep on this small sofa bed (dirty with MANY disgusting gray/white spots). Simply gross.
We do not recommend this condo to anyone. The owner has to improve the place to make it more comfortable for the price he charges. Worst condo rental ever with no comfort too much noise and very dirty.
Замечательная большая квартира! Отдыхали с тремя детьми. Все удобно разместились! Всё очень понравилось и здорово отдохнули! В августе правда жарковато, но кондиционеры в Америке работают не на шутку! Да и море и бассейн рядом! Кстати, удобная парковка...Очень рекомендуем!
The owner did everything that I would expect. They confirmed everything shortly before our arrival. I would have liked it if they would have communicated with me earlier but there were no issues. We were short on keys but an agent returned the 2nd day to give us more keys.
The valet parking is very handy. Make sure to call ahead for your car.
The interior showed some wear and tear. It was not fancy but it was acceptable and reasonably clean.
The front desk people sometimes didn't know what was going on but this is not the owners fault and wasn't a real big issue.
You have to pay $10-20 per person for a pool pass but the owner had forewarned us, so this wasn't a surprise. You have to go to the office to register.
The kitchen could have used some more utensils.
Overall I would recommend this condo for the price.

Sunny Isles es hermoso y no hay como tener la playa justo abajo.

Really beautiful place. HUUGE! Very clean. Right on the beach. Three balconies with gorgeous views of the ocean. The master bath is fit for a queen with all marble everywhere. We had a great time. The lobby is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Right by the pier restaurant which is great. Highly recommend. It's also walking distance (about 3 minutes) from all the shopping plazas, Marshalls, restaurants, etc. very convenient.
My stay at La Perla was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is beautiful, light and spacious. It has all of the amenities that one desires and needs. There are ocean side views from all of the three balconies in the apartment. The master bedroom and bathroom are very large. There is a television set in two of the bedrooms and one in the living room, as well as a desk-top computer in the third office/bedroom. The apartment is located within walking distance of a very large shopping center that includes a supermarket, several restaurants and a Marshall's. The hotel has its own private beach, as well as a pool, jacuzzi and gym. There is a pier right off the beach with a fantastic restaurant. The staff are all very nice and accommodating, it was a pleasure staying there.
