Absolutely Perfect!!!

We had such a wonderful stay in Park City! The location is perfect, convenient to everything yet still peaceful and relaxing. A two minute walk to the center of town. We never needed to get in our car. The renovation to the home is magnificent. It stayed completely true to the original structure, some of which is still visible. The history of the home provided by the manager was an added bonus. The manager is extremely responsive and helpful. She responded immediately to all of my questions. She really went out of her way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. We hope to stay again next time we are visiting!!

Amazing location, beautiful home!

Came here for the weekend with friends and it was perfect! Super great location and we hardly used our cars. We were easily able to access the bars and restaurants on Main Street, and walk to the Alpine Slide. It’s very well taken care of, beautiful home. The host was great and really easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Charming, Extremely Convenient, and Luxurious

Our family had the best time. We walked everywhere, loved the home’s charm, updated bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen, backyard hot tub, and convenient 2 car parking. Owner responded almost immediately to any communications and even provided great tips about the area. Highly recommend!

family ski vacation

we loved the house. it was 1 block to ski lift and main street with all the shopping and great places to eat. it was clean and well appointed. the upstairs bedroom was like a mini apartment. we felt like this owner took pride it her property.

Great location. Not a good value.

Perfect location for accessing restaurants and the Town Lift. Nicely renovated old house with premium finishes. Friendly, organized owner. However, our group was pretty disappointed that at this price, basic cable channels not offered, like ESPN. Also struggled with some basic kitchen needs. Hot tub was a bit tepid and to be honest only accommodates four people comfortably. We would probably look around before booking here again.

Owner's Response: The spa can be set up to 104 degrees, is a premium model, and quite large for a private home. The spa was set at 100 degrees when I visited the property following their stay, so guests simply needed to turn up the temperature on the key pad if they prefer the spa to be hotter. The kitchen has a complete supply of pots, pans, cutting boards, baking sheets, coffee maker, toaster oven, strainer, Tupperware, measuring cups, complete knife set in butcher block as well as complete service for 12 with wine glasses. The home does have cable with many premium channels included. Pricing reflects the home's unbeatable location, luxury finishes, attention to detail, 2 car heated driveway parking 1 block off Main Street, as well as historic heritage and charm. My pricing has consistently been equal to or better than my other private, premier home competitors.
