Super fun visit for all of us! The kids had a great time playing and the adults enjoyed ourselves too. Definitely a fun place to stay.
Thank you !
My family & I (and our fur babies) really enjoyed our stay. The Moose Barn is very spacious & cozy. Everything you need is provided. We had a great time riding our ATVs on the trails & fishing. In the evenings we had BBQs and relaxed on the patio. Even when it rained we enjoyed indoor family time playing bumper pool & games. Thank you so much Robin for providing a wonderful cabin.
The cabin was well stocked with all the daily products one would need in a household. It was a bit noisy due to construction taking place right across the street at the neighbor's house but for the most part, the location was good. The ATVs have really ruined the tranquility of Duck Creek Village. It is an older cabin but was fairly clean and well maintained (everything worked!). Robin, the owner, was efficient with corresponding every time I contacted her. The home accommodated the 4 adults and one teenager plus cat in our party very well with the separate full bathrooms on each floor. My only complaint would be that the advertisement said there were 2 bedrooms so I didn't realize the upstairs master's bedroom was actually a loft. Therefore, we had to be creative with boxing the cat in upstairs. Other than that, we had a great stay. Thank you!
We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was very roomy and comfortable. We would rent again. Thank you.
We enjoyed staying in this cabin. I get to cook a lot so having your own kitchen is a plus. It feels like you are in the midst of mother nature, deer's walk by in the morning. Birds chirping. Very spacious, warm and cozy. I'm glad that they accept pets also. The dogs had fun as well. Robin the owner was very accommodating. I will definitely go back and recommend it to my friends, such a nice retreat place.
It was everything we were hoping for. Robin is fantastic at communication and although we didn't need anything I'm positive they would respond quickly if something came up. The cabin is super insulated. It was mid 20's outside at night and we didn't even make a fire the second night as it wasn't needed, inside it was 70. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you'd need to make a great meal. The decor was nearly the best part. We were looking for a cozy, almost rustic feel and that's exactly what we got. A perfect stay and I highly recommend.
The place is beautiful! Roomy, comfortable, warm and airy. The place is easy to keep warm with the pot belly stove. They provided plenty of wood and kindling. The beds were really comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and bake. The view from the dining room table was amazing, especially in the snow. The cabin exceeded my expectations. The owner is very nice and was in contact with us as soon as we arrived.
The only issue we had was that it snowed and we had no shovel. It seems someone must have taken it. The plow was slow to arrive, as the driveway was full of snow and when we left, we had to remove the snow as the plow hadn't done so. I'm sure that it was Xmas day had something to do with it.
There is so much to do & see here - enjoy fishing, hunting, walking, hiking, horseback riding, ATV’ing, snowmobiling, mountain biking, bird watching, star gazing & much more! Duck Creek Pond, Navajo Lake, Aspen Mirror Lake, Mammoth Cave, Cedar Breaks National Monument, Brian Head Ski & Summer Resort, & Panguitch Lake are all within a 20 minute drive of Duck Creek Village. Zion National Park & Bryce Canyon National Park along with the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument & Mystic River Zip Line are each less than 45 minutes away. Coral Pink Sand Dunes is less than an hour drive.
