This contemporary, professionally designed home, with 3 king master bedrooms (with en-suite bathrooms), and 2 queen bedrooms, boasts an open floor plan with high ceilings. Some bedrooms have private entrances and private view decks and one is even a studio set up with a secondary kitchen. Come enjoy the beauty of the home and the area.
Please note: This is not intended to be a "party" house but rather a luxury property and the 10PM Paso Robles noise ordinance outside is also enforced.

We (Ric and Debra) have 2 grown children and live in San Jose. We fell in love with Paso Robles, the people, and the wineries, years ago and decided it was a wonderful place to establish a second home to share.

FABULOUS Views, Walkable to town ~ 3 blocks, New construction, 5 bedrooms, 2 acres with privacy, Close to wineries, Wildlife, Open modern design and floor plan.....it just had it all, so we made the purchase.
I, (Debra) am a professional interior designer, so enjoyed coordinating the design scheme of the home, while giving each room a unique personality and theme. We also just added a brand new large en-suite contemporary beautiful bathroom.
The house was immaculately clean. It is very close to downtown. Beautiful views, nicely decorated. Would highly recommend this lovely home .
Wonderful views, stocked kitchen, walking distance to town. Everything was clean and well taken care of. We would definitely come back here and stay again.
This is a home that is every bit as gorgeous and well kept as is indicated in the photos. It is well stocked and our only suggestion is that they include at least some Kerurig pods or coffee grounds suitable for a short stay or as a starter for longer stays. The beds are very comfortable, all the bedrooms are nicely decorated, and two of them are cavernous. It is walking distance to town, but a steep walk back. Our group was very pleased and are likely to be back.

Amazing home in the perfect Paso Robles location! All amenities that can accommodate five couples very comfortably. Beautifully designed and decorated. Full, massive kitchen with everything you could ever need to prepare a feast. Very nice bedrooms, three with en-suite bathrooms. Two other bedrooms share one bathroom. Oversized dining tables both inside and outside on the deck....perfect for large groups. Safe and secure, with an oversized garage for two large passenger cars/SUVs. Wineries and restaurants all close by. Quiet and serene. If you have an opportunity to stay in this home, do not pass it up!
The house was exactly what I was hoping for! It was spacious, clean and very comfortable!! We would definitely stay here again!!
