This recently remodelled and renovated 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom Santa Barbara style home is in the perfect location! We are located in the "Mid Beach" Arthur Godfrey Road (41st street) shopping district area. The house is on a quiet street off 41st. You should expect to find any type of food you're craving walking distance away, clothing boutiques, and bars. Just a 5 minute drive (15 minute walk) to South Beach to enjoy Miami's famous shopping, beaches, and fun nightlife.Biking trails are near by as well. This property boasts a lush botanical Florida garden, with a massive private swimming pool, oversized patio, and dock going out to the canal where you can park a boat, kayak, paddle board, fish, etc. Located on the wide canal you can relax and enjoy the peaceful spectacular view with your loved ones.

Very modern new furniture both inside and out. In the backyard we have large BBQ, two modern mini bar sets (6 bar stools each), two sectional sofa sets, and four lounge chairs to lay out. We have a built in sitting/dining table on the deck seating up to 8, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinners right on the water! The balcony has a modern day bed and 4 person outdoor table set. The living room features all new white contemporary sofas seating up to 10 with refined accent pieces. The family room has all new white contemporary sofas as well with a high definition LCD Tv and cable channels. The dining table seats 8 with a modern extendable glass table, looking out the pool. The full kitchen is equipped with GE Appliances including a refrigerator, sink, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, Brita, to make your vacation residence a home away from home. In addition, the appliances include a full sized washer and dryer.

My name is Ashley and I am the owners daughter. I help manage this home as well as two suites at the Fontainebleau Hotel, and spectacular homes in California. I grew up in the beautiful Redondo Beach, CA and received my Business Degree at California State University, Monterey Bay.

The owner grew up in New York but came out to California where he has been residing and building houses for the last 30 years. After he moved to Miami he recently bought and updated this property, putting on his signature classy, fine touches.

Great Vacation Home, Ideal Location

I recently rented this house for a group of adults for our annual vacation in Miami, and would definitely return. This house has all the amenities you need to enjoy your vacation, including a beautiful backyard with pool and BBQ. It is ideally located in a quiet neighbourhood, a 10 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the action of South Beach. Without hesitation, I would recommend this property.
