This lovely pet-friendly town home welcomes you with breathtaking sounds and views of the Blue River directly off the deck. This is the ideal property for a wonderful family vacation or time with friends! Some of the unique features include a ground-level heated-2 car garage for guest convenience, main-level full kitchen, full-size washer/dryer, floor-to-ceiling wood-burning fireplace, back deck with grill overlooking the Blue River; and a short walk to the base of Peak 9 or shuttle ride at the entrance to the complex.

This home has a queen master suite with a TV and ensuite bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed with an additional twin bed (bunk) and an ensuite bath. There is additional accommodations for 2 with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

This property is pet friendly. Guest may bring 1-2 small dogs. No cats or other pets allowed. A pet fee will be assessed after booking totaling $25 per night per pet. Failure to disclose a pet will result in additional charges. The pet fee is used for additional cleaning required on departure and does not cover damaged caused by pets. The guest will be responsible for any damages or stains caused by a pet including damage caused by chewing, scratching, or accidents. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and will be responsible for the cost of carpet cleaning.


The location of this property makes access to both summer and winter activities convenient! The base of Peak 9 (Quick Silver lift) is accessible via a short walk (about 300 yds) on a local trail and a free shuttle stop (Free Ride Brown line) is conveniently situated outside the entrance to the Trappeur's Villa complex. The town of Breckenridge is also walkable (about 300-500 yds) via a local trail.

SUMMER SKYCARD PROGRAM: The Summer SkyCard program offers FREE activities and services during your stay. Our Summer program runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We offer actives all provided by local companies including:

- 1 FREE Bike Rental (for each night you stay)

- 1 FREE Whitewater Rafting Trip (for each night you stay)

PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.

- The two bedrooms are located on the third level but have beautiful views and sounds of the Blue River.

- This is a pet-friendly property, do not rent if you have allergies.

- Base of Peak 9 is about 1/2 mile walk through treed-trail, but at least its walkable!

Pictures aren’t accurate

Living room furniture was not as shown in photos and second bedroom not as shown. Dog hair on furniture and blankets and floor. No water pressure in master bath shower and no hot water or pressure in master sink. Tv in master was smaller than a computer screen.

Garage was nice and kitchen was well equipped. Easy in and out with front door lock key pad. Washer/dryer was nice.

Owner's Response: Thanks for the feedback. The living room furniture was upgraded to new furniture, which is not in the original photos. We hope you enjoyed this aspect. This is a pet friendly property, so there may be some pet hear, but we wish you had contacted our office so that we could have addressed the issue. We were not and are not aware of any water pressure issues during your stay, but a quick call to the office and we would have been happy to address. We hope that you enjoyed your stay in Breck.

The view is good, kitchen well equipped (no Keurig), the unit was in need of repair & updating.

The window in the back bedroom was broken & could not be opened for cross-ventilation; the water in all the bathtub faucets was difficult to adjust for hot or cold BE CAREFUL; the carpet on the first set of stairs was filthy, elsewhere patched & rippled; baseboard moldings were missing; woodwork & doors scratched; bedroom dresser peeling. Not worth the money!

Perfect location for humans and K9s

We've stayed in these townhomes for years and love the location, a quick walk through the woods to the Maggie. This is the first year we brought our golden retriever and she loved it! Out the front door and into the woods every morning for a tromp through the snow. The unit also has nice accommodations including a dog crate for your pup. Ours took a lot of zzzz in there!

Love this rental!

We loved this place! It was well furnished, great location and felt like home. We have a one year old and were really happy with the baby gates on the stairs! Great patio, heated garage, super cute kitchen and we just really enjoyed our quick stay! We will for sure be back.
