Harry & Joyce Rehagen purchased this apartment in 2010
Fairmont Blvd is a tree lined, quiet neighborhood that is close to shops, restaurants and multiple cultural event locations in Knoxville.
Owners were very kind and a blessing to my family.
It was so much better than a hotel room for my Mother. We could cook for her and the area is peaceful! It was very clean and well kept.I would recommend this apartment to any one desiring a peaceful home away from home. They also welcomed children which is rare for a private place.
Stayed at the hideaway for multiple UT games this year and it has become our new favorite place to stay in Knoxville! Very convenient to campus and downtown/old city, yet quiet and away from all the traffic and noise. Owners are so sweet and accommodating- check in and out is as simple as it gets. The bed is super comfy and I always sleep well! I highly recommend and look forward to more stays next year!
I took my husband to Knoxville for a surprise Vols game weekend. The apartment was perfect. It's beautifully decorated, stocked well with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, a side by side frig and great water pressure in the shower. We loved the color scheme and decor-so tasteful. The bed was comfortable and extra blankets and pillows were provided. They even had a "noise" machine for sleeping. Cable and wifi are a must so we liked that. The neighborhood was nice and we didn't worry at all about the location. We were approx. 3 miles from the coliseum where we went to ride the bus over to the Stadium. There are tons of restaurants close by. Convenient to everything! Joyce and Harry were super nice and there if we needed anything at all. We look forward to going back! It is the perfect Hideaway for a getaway!
This place is amazing. So quiet and conveniently placed in the city. Harry and Joyce were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a great weekend in Knoxville. Highly recommended!
Love staying at this sweet apartment so close to campus!
My fiancé and I had to move quickly to Knoxville for a job and didn't have time to find an apartment, so we rented this lovely place for a month. Joyce and Harry were great hosts. They got us set up, and then left us to live our lives. The apartment was clean and fully stocked with bedding, towels and all of our kitchen needs. The private spot in the carport made coming and going very easy, and the location was both quiet and close enough to the city to not feel totally isolated. Having access to a private washer and dryer was luxurious. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!
