Furnished to a luxury standard. The property represents high quality family accommodation, competitively priced. The villa sleeps up to 4 people and a baby cot . It has a secluded patio at the rear leading to the communal swimming pool with changing rooms, toilets and showers. Sun beds & umbrellas are provided. The patio is furnished with garden furniture including sun umbrella. The property has ceiling fans fitted & is air conditioned throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine, oven, hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle. The dining area has a large table & 4 dining chairs plus sideboard. The lounge area has a two leather sofas with coffee table. There is a Smart TV with access to Internet TV, Local TV and + DVD player. Upstairs there are two bedrooms both with their own balconies and the bathroom is also upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed,fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and a safe. There are two large single beds in bedroom 2 along with fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers.

Paphos and the surrounding area.: Paphos has established itself as the premier resort on the south coast of Cyprus. Thus the local area can provide a full range of holiday experiences from the sedentary to activity packed. Restaurants are varied and reasonably priced. There are plenty of opportunities for shopping both in the tourist area and the old town and market. It is possible to walk to either. The sea front and the lovely harbour are all in walking distance as well. Historical sites abound both in and around Paphos including the Tomb of the Kings World Heritage Site and Paphos Mosiacs.

How to get there: Paphos airport is the recommended option. Paphos airport is small and friendly. Transfer through passport control and customs is usually quick and hassle free. There are always taxis available at the airport or we can arrange airport pick up.

Most charter airlines run at least one flight to Cyprus on Wednesdays from May to October. Wednesday is definitely UK arrival day at Paphos and Larnaca. Sunday is the other popular day but you can get both charter and scheduled flights most days from most regions.

Car Hire : If you do not wish to hire a car it is not 100% necessary as there is a good bus service and local coach excursions. However if you do you will be able to explore the area further. A visit to Coral Bay is a must and a drive through the banana plantations along the coast from Coral Bay to the Sea Caves is lovely. As you drive along you often catch site of lizards and snakes. Further a field is the Akamas Peninsular National Park and the Trudos Mountains. The whole of the south is very beautiful and the perfume of the orange blossom has to be experienced to be believed.

Please if you do decide to hire a car do not forget to take your driving licence

We did enjoy your house, all the comforts from home! We did bus excursions, rented a bike for a few days, and had a good mix of relaxing and being out and about.

The ceiling fans are a blessing and really good especially at night. Mostly used the a/c to boost before bed time

The villa has all the home comforts that you would expect including ceiling fans; the complex is beautifully landscaped and really well maintained. The patio has direct access to the pool and is perfect for eating outdoors or relaxing. We also provide a stand for disposable barbecues which may be purchased locally. There are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas around the pool. The patio has sun from early morning. The area is generally quiet well away from the noise of any bars etc. but we are very central and within walking distance of the harbor, sea front or the old town with its market. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in Paphos to choose from. A couple of small shops are nearby where you can buy papers, milk, water etc. and slightly further away is a wonderful fruit and veg market where I do most of my shopping as they also stock fresh fish, meat and poultry. . We recommend this accommodation for four people plus a baby cot if required.

What you call a holiday!

Return customer who has stayed many times. Highly recommend from booking right through to checking out. Home from home without the stress and noise. Welcome pack is a lovely addition on arrival. Exceptionally clean and offers everything to make sure your stay is what a holiday is all about. You can laze by the pool with no need to get up at silly o'clock for a sunbed! Plenty of info for sightseeing, eating out, taxi, etc. We got a bus from the airport to harbor and then to apartment all for 3 euro and reverse again. Will definitely be coming back.

Very nice property with absolutely everything you need already provided.

Located in a nice residential area in a small,well maintained development with sunny patio and balcony overlooking pool. Supermarket, shops, restaurants within easy walking distance. Harbour cafes and restaurants a pleasant 20 minute walk.

Ideal property for your holiday

This villa is ideal for a small family holiday to the wonderful city of Paphos.

The villa has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The patio and rear bedroom balcony overlook the communal pool, which was well kept and tidy. The villa itself is very well presented and very clean and tidy. Parking is available outside on the street.

A short drive takes you into Kato Paphos with plenty of restaurants, the Pahos Mosaics, the Tombs of the Kings and the Kings Avenue Mall shopping centre. A short drive in the opposite direction takes you to the old town.

There are a number of local shops nearby for those everyday essentials and for the bigger shop, the bigger supermarkets.

The villa is well placed to explore the western area of Cyprus.

Free wi-fi is great advantage (especially with a teenager), although it can be better some days than others. We only had a slight loss of the internet following a thunder storm.

I would certainly not hesitate returning to this villa again and would recommend this property for a couple or family visiting Paphos.

Totally relaxing

Just got back from our holiday here myself and my wife with our daughter and her friend loved the space in villa ,we enjoyed watching all channels on TV and using everything in kitchen. Just step out of villa and you are poolside which was quite busy this time but did not stop anyone having bed or enjoying pool.loved Paphos again weather brilliant ,people in other villas friendly ,nice little shop near by to get small things.the walk down to harbour was our only gripe but, originally it took about half an hour which although seeing things we never would have if we got a taxi we did find the fruit market which is a ten minute walk away in the end we found a cut through which took us straight to bar Street and only took 20 mins to walk too past the amazing church, the mall is only 15 mins away as well,but if you do not want to see local life then taxis are about 8 euros each way

There is a bus stop around the corner from our house approx. 5min walk away but as always it depends on walking pace if you do not wish to walk. As we are fairly central there are many ways to walk to the sea front and harbour.

The property is situated in the Universal area of Kato Paphos. It is a quite residential area that is close to all tourist areas but far enough away for noise not to be a nuisance. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, tavernas and a great local bakery are all within walking distance. As is the Harbour, sea front and beach. Check out the pavement cafes around the old fishing harbour and watch the world go by. Enjoy lunch or dinner at a restaurant or bistro overlooking the blue Mediterranean sea. Walk along the promenade or enjoy the local beaches and watersports. A hire car will give guests easy access to surrounding areas and attractions such as Aprhodites Birthplace, The Troodos Mountains, the Akamas Peninsular, Polis and Latchi plus much much more. For those interested in history there are many archaelogical sites such as the old fort and the mosiacs a similar distance away.

Taxis are abundant. every where and there are also very good local bus services.

Golf: Golfing Paphos is the new jewel in the crown for golfers seeking golf breaks in the warmth of the eastern Mediterranean. It offers golfers challenging world class championship courses, warm hospitality and almost year round sunshine. There are three 18 hole golf courses to choose from. Tsada Golf Club which is just 20 minutes from Paphos town, 550 meters above sea level to ensure cool breezes during the summer months. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6,060 meters. The Secret Valley Golf Club is 18 kilometres east of Paphos lying within a scenic valley and offers panoramic views. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6,120 meters. The Aphrodite Hills Golf Complex is a unique up-market experience The Award Winning Golf course is located near to the birthplace of Aphrodite, only 2 mins from the main Limassol-Paphos highway. The course is in a fantastic setting on 2 plateaux, 300m metres high. It plays to a Par 71 and measures 6,665 metres.
