Spacious pergola area with fire pit and misting system. Owner retains 1 bedroom/bath at the front of house for personal items but is not on site. VRBO property is 1600 sq ft with side entrance. Beautiful upper waterfront deck for rental guest use PLUS two community waterfront cabana areas with seating. Waterfront with boat launch & moorage for one watercraft available. Numerous golf courses nearby. Amazing mountain views & spectacular Az sunsets. Watch wild burros and wildlife from waterfront cabana. Minutes to 2nd boat launch to access Lake Havasu. 15 minutes to Havasu City, 5 minutes to shopping. Restaurants and grocer within walking distance.

A lovely Spot to stay

We had a very pleasant stay at the River House. Sue and Brent were very accommodating as was their property manager Kathy. This is our 4th VRBO experience, all have been good, and this was the best one yet. We would definitely stay with them again.

Stay on Colorado River

We enjoyed our stay in Parker. We like the area very much. We also enjoyed the property that we rented and the owners and caretakers were very pleasant and helpful The only criticism that we had was that we did not have direct access to the upper patio from the house. Going outside, down the street and climbing stairs to the upper deck was very inconvenient for us because we are 75 and 77 years old.

Parker Dam River Front Home

The house was very nice, great location. Great layout, as the bedrooms were nicely separated from each other. Very nice huge kitchen with great view. Sue was always responsive and informative.

Outstanding and want to go back

Sue is terrific as is her unit. Right on the water with terrific skiing in the early AM as we were so far up.

Great Place With Easy Access To Water

Very clean property with easy access to water. The unit is in a 55+ community and was very quite. The part of the house we had access to was perfect for our group of 4 that stayed there. Although the part offered to guest isn't on the water, it is only a short walk to the dock. We also had access to a water front deck that had a BBQ and fire pit. Unit also had washer and dryer and a parking area that was large enough to fit our truck, boat trailer (had to be disconnected) & one more vehicle. Property came with access to boat slip which made it very convenient not having to pull the boat out everyday. Our only complaint about the property would be the beds. The beds are very stiff and not comfortable. Also, the pillows need replacing. Other than that it was perfect. Very welcoming and decorated nicely. The property is also very close to Havasu! It was about a 20min drive

Perfect waterfront

Great area by the damn - the house was super comfortable and we al really enjoyed ourselves! Not to mention Kathy was super responsive to our questions before our trip!
