Stay in this conveniently located 3bdm/1bath modern ranch style home in downtown St. Helena. Please contact for available dates.

The Oak House a three blocks to St. Helena's restaurants and Shops. The house has clean and simple modern rustic style. Each of the 3 bedrooms is appointed with a California King beauty rest mattresses with Egyptian cotton linens and down pillows. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower. The kitchen comes equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, electric oven, stove, china, utensils, glassware and cookware. Spacious living rooms with ample space for entertaining. Family room off kitchen with Smart TV, cable, Wifi, & Netflix. Laundry room is a separate room located in the garage and comes equipped with washer and dryer and a separate bathroom with shower. House has hardwood floors throughout and a small patio with outdoor furniture in the backyard, high speed internet/Wifi, cable TV, and utilities are included.

Our location is ideal. The house is just a block off highway 29 in a quiet, residential neighborhood with ample parking. It is a 4 min walk to world class restaurants and bars such as Cook, Architype, Farmstead, Goose & Gander as well as small coffee shops and bakeries. The Culinary Institute of America is only a 10 minute walk and main street is only a 5 minute walk from the house with many boutique shops and eateries to explore.

What makes this house unique

I love being in downtown, walking to grab coffee and a English muffin at the famous model bakery is my favorite morning ritual. Meeting friends in town for dinner and having everyone walk back to the Oak House to open some more wine is far to easy not to take advantage of. The floor plan simple with the kitchen, dinning, and living rooms open to each other for easy entertaining. The bedrooms are spacious even with California King sized beds in each one. Hardwood floors throughout great light and with large windows.

We recently spent the weekend at Kendall's home in St. Helena. We were a little late in looking for a place to stay, but we are so happy to have found this beautiful home at a unbeatable price! Kendall was easy to work with and had great communication with us through out the process. He welcomed us into his home and made us feel very comfortable. It's a great location, a very clean home, and is located in a quiet neighborhood.

He worked with us on the price and gave us a great deal since the home was under minor construction. I left something behind and when I contacted him after, he said he found it and would mail it back to me. It is great to work with someone who is fair with price negotiations and more importantly someone who is honest and still cares enough to help you out after your stay.

This home exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to visit again, or another one of his homes in the future!
