This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom home located in St. Charles neighborhood. The home is convenient to lake Sumter landing market square and only a short trip to the newest town center Brownwood Paddock Square. The town squares are one of the most popular attractions of where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and FREE live entertainment nightly! You're about a 5 minute drive to Pinellas Plaza shopping center where you'll find Winn-Dixie for grocery needs, Walgreen's pharmacy, banking, Bealls Outlet, restaurants and more. And minutes to Fish Hawk neighborhood recreation center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits, and Cane Garden Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for lunch and dinner. And if you're looking for more, in about 5 minutes you can get to Sea Breeze Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basketball courts, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more.

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with warm spa colors and has a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a roman in shower and his & her sinks. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The den has been set up with a desk and a comfortable love seat sleeper sofa to curl up with your favorite book. Both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai where you will find a table & chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice as well as your evening meals. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities here in The Villages.

This beautifully decorated home comes complete with WiFi. With the village resident id card you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoying the villages lifestyle.

This is the first time we have ever rented a home for a one month vacation. We were apprehensive at first because selecting a place to stay only by looking at pictures is something we typically don't do. This home was absolutely great! It had everything you could ever need, it was very large, exquisitely decorated, and quiet. This home was spotless in every aspect: bathroom, beds, carpets, kitchen, living room, appliances, everything was super clean and in great shape, just like new. Location: this is a true asset, close to everything we wanted and needed. Restaurants, Golf and of course Sumter Landing! We had a terrific time, the management company really cater to the needs, pleasure and enjoyment of families. You will NOT regret renting this gorgeous home. We highly recommend this rental.
