This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located on the lagoons of Kingston cove, in Shipyard Plantation. Has covered parking. Up to date kitchen, concrete lower level with porch swing overlooking a majestic lagoon view. Sleeps 8 with king bed in master, queen in guest-room, and 2 twin beds in 2nd guest-room. Newer couches and queen sleeper sofa. All rooms have tvs. House has 2 dvd players.

Large flat screen tv in living room with fireplace. Screened in back porch overlooks beautiful lagoon and also has a flat screen tv. Wifi throughout entire house. Washer and dryer are available with iron and ironing board. For small children, a pack-and-play is available. Towels, wash clothes, and linens are provided.

Kitchen features electric stove, oven, microwave, and garbage disposal. Silverware and flatware are stocked and ready for use. Refrigerator and freezer with ice-maker. Blender and toaster are provided. Blender available.

Great bike rentals available and families can ride around entire plantation together. Kingston Cove's pool is available to all guests and is less than 100 yards from the driveway. Has bathrooms and chairs available. A beach parking hang-tag is also available for cars if you choose to drive to the beach.

Why Josh chose Hilton Head Island

This property is private owned and we work hard to treat it as our own. It is not a time-share, but a second home for us and our children. We adore HHI so much, that it made sense for us to purchase property here (after all, all of our vacations are here). We ask that this home is treated as your home would be treated. We intend to keep it for many years and we enjoy it as much as anyone. So, poor up a cup of coffee, sit on the back porch and enjoy the beautiful mornings overlooking the Lagoon.

Great vacation!

Overall we loved the Hilton Head area. Shipyard was very nice and this property was as advertised. The owner was easy to communicate with and we had everything we needed at the house. The home was well kept, clean and had everything you will need. If I had one suggestion it would be to upgrade the grill. We will come back to visit!

Quiet, Beautiful, Home away from Home!

This home was absolutely perfect, it was tucked away in the peaceful Shipyard Plantation. My cousin and I brought our children (15, 14, 8, and 1) to the Dubose home for our first vacation on Hilton Head Island. Everything we needed was provided: linens, full stocked kitchen, even a playpen and booster for my daughter to eat at the table. The home was spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable, and we loved the Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. There was a grill out back, with a full propane tank, unfortunately we couldn't find a grill brush to clean the grates (this was the only downside). The view of the pond outback was beautiful, we were able to watch the wild life from the comfort and safety of the patio. The pool is with in walking distance from the house, we spent a lot of time there. The beach is a short car/bike ride away. Everything else you could need was within a few miles. Our overall experience was amazing. We would definitely love to come back to this home. I would recommend it to anyone planning to travel to Hilton Head Island.

Quiet family friendly house

We have stayed many different places over the years on HHI. This was our first time in Shipyard, and we absolutely loved it! The house itself was great, with the screened porch looking over the lagoon. We spent a lot of our time out there enjoying all the wildlife. We even got to see 2 deer cross the neighbors yard one morning. The house was very clean, very cozy, I can`t really think of anything negative to say about it. Two very minor issues we had were resolved immediately. We definitely would stay here again.

Both the house and the owner were great.

Nicely furnished and decorated. All appliances were new and nicer than mine at home. Private shaded parking was a plus. Screened porch overlooking pond was great. Grill was supplied with two full fuel tanks. Owner responded immediately to my request for help in obtaining an access pass for a visiting friend of the family. On the down side, I wish the community pool was not so tiny. The lack of tennis courts was also a disappointment.

Quiet, relaxing getaway

When I stay at HomeAway properties I look for three things: cleanliness, comfort of the beds, and overall property condition. This property is five stars for all. The place was immaculate when we arrived. The furnishings were in good condition , all appliances working and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and the property well maintained. The beds were quite comfortable. Most enjoyable was the screened in porch overlooking the lagoon. It has a carport to keep your car out of the sun. You are around the corner from the community pool. It is located a short distance from golf, groceries, and the ocean. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and would stay there any time.
