About this property

'Sea breeze 257'. Our beautiful beach house lives up to its name! Here you only hear the sound of the sea and the birds chirping.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Costs for electricity (0.35 EUR per kWh) and water (6.50 EUR per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered upon request.
150, - € rental deposit are to pay in advance and will be charged with the additional costs. In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - Euro is due.
A maximum of 1 dog per booking can be booked for an additional charge.

Modernized in 2017, the house has a new cozy sofa and a large flat screen TV in the living area.

Upstairs, the floor covering was renewed and on the gallery, a futon bed sleeps 2 people (mattress 140 x 200 cm).

Relax in our whirlpool, or on the colder days in our sauna. Relax with a cup of tea or a glass of red wine in our light-flooded gallery or in front of the fireplace.

Our house is an idyll in every season! The long white sandy beach is only 50m away. Ideal in autumn or winter after the sauna - in only 2 minutes you are on the water!
Start directly at the house and make miles of beach hikes to Sellin or in the other direction to Göhren.
A tip: Get up early. It's worth it - the sunrises on the island are an experience that will be remembered for a long time to come.

Schönes Häusschen

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage. Das Häuschen ist schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Blöd war das wir für die Schranke am Einlass keine Karte mehr abholen konnten. Das ließe sich sicher auch besser regeln. Probleme hat uns auch die Heizung im Schlafzimmer gemacht. Das Haus war sehr ausgekühlt und es hat 1 Tag gedauert bis es warm war. Die Heizung im Schlafzimmer hat nicht richtig funktioniert aber nach einem Tag Kamin ging es dann mit offener Tür ganz gut. Der Staubsauger hat auch nicht so gut funktioniert was nicht so toll war da es doch recht staubig war und man doch ein wenig sauber machen musste bevor man es sich gemütlich machen konnte. Aber Putzzeug vorhanden und innerhalb einer halben Stunde war es auch gereinigt soweit. Wir haben unserem Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Der erste Punkt war das kein Ansprechpartner verfügbar war da wir lange probieren mußten um den Kühlschrank in Betrieb zu nehmen da wir Medis kühlen mussten. Dann ist es ein problem mit sehr sehr vielen Armeisen in der Küche die sich über die gesamte Arbeitsplatte und Küchenbereich sowie Esstisch und Wohnbereich verteilten, dem sollte dringend auf den Grund gegangen werden. Das Wasser In der Dusche läuft nicht ab nur sehr langsam. Die Kaffeemaschine war nur zum angucken denn Kaffee lief nicht durch musste erst entkalkt werden. Eine Überdachung am Eingangsbereich bzw Terrasse wäre praktisch. Ein Fahrrad Ständer ist nicht vorhanden ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr schön so wie wir Baabe kennen immer wieder gern.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Der Ort Baabe un d sellin waren sehr schön. tolle Anlage. das Haus war prima nur leider besenrein. habe das Bad erst geputzt, ebenso die Töpfe. checkin war problemlos. mit Hund ne schöne Sache. kommen bestimmt nocheinmal.
