Our home away from home has 1400+ sq ft 3BR/2BA with 1-king bed, 1-queen bed, full over full bunk bed & 2-full baths. It comfortably accommodates 8. Including washer and dryer, dishwasher and disposal. The spacious balcony has a beautiful view of beach, ocean, rising sun and shaded evenings. 2 beach chairs and umbrella on the beach are included in your rental (in season-please see attendant on beach).

A Bit Underwhelmed

Very limited on-site parking. The complex was generally poorly maintained. Only 3 elevators caused a headache during peak hours - especially at check-in and check-out. The unit was adequate but, again, poorly maintained. A third of the light bulbs were out. Cabinet doors missing in the kitchen. But the air blew cold and the beds were comfortable. We survived but won't rent in this building again.

As you can see by my title, I appreciate this aspect of the condo. Also, not having to check in at the lobby is convenient. Although you do need to at some point and pay the $20 fee for a parking pass. This 3 bdr condo is on the east wing with views of the beach from that direction.

We loved the easy beach access. Simply go down the walkway from the condo to the elevator and walk around the bldg to the beach. No roads to cross!

Dollar General across Thomas Dr was within easy reach. Bought a cheap blow dryer (forgot ours!) and several blow up toys for the waves.

Yes, the condo needs some updating like removing the carpet from the bedrooms and putting down tile or laminate as I can imagine how much sand gets tracked in. Condo was clean which is important to me. We had 7 people and no problems with space.

This was my 1st condo rental and I will do it again as I like the 'home' like feeling better than a hotel.

I never contacted the owners. Didn't need to.

People have complained about the elevators. I never used the middle ones, only the one on the end of the east wing. Sometimes we did wait a little bit but no big deal.

Overall it was a great stay, no hassles, no problems. Yay!

Loved the condo great for us loved keyless entry ! RT itself could use some sprucing up one thing I did notice almost all the parking lights were out . Did appreciate RT doing blow ups and movie night !
