This is a new listing from experienced vacation rental managers. Elegantly decorated and spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Stay in a beautifully preserved 19th century building on Lincoln Park's historic Armitage Avenue. Countless food/shopping options! We're next to a CTA train stop, so getting around Chicago couldn't be easier!

We know that the key to our success has been setting proper expectations for our guests; each listing on Homeaway is unique and every host has a different hosting style. Our lovely home is the perfect place for your group to stay in while you explore all that the city has to offer. There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the third bedroom has a twin size bed.

We provide ear plugs and a white noise machine in the rooms for our guests who are light sleepers.

Great location and very clean.

As indicated in the description it is located next to the train. The noise is not horrible and ear plugs are provided if your a light sleeper. Appreciate the amenities and space! Thank you for the great stay!

Nice place too close to the tracks

L trains start running every 3 or so mins 6:30am until about 1am. Not occasional at all. Got no rest - this is not for light sleeepers

Owner's Response: We make it very clear that we are adjacent to the Armitage Brown Line train station. Adjacent. We are also on a busy street with a lot of high end shops and restaurants. This means plenty of city buzz. We have hosted thousands of guests in our apartment throughout the years, the great majority of whom overwhelmingly find the benefits of the location to outweigh the train noise. We are certainly not for the noise sensitive however. We are in the heart of Lincoln Park, one of the best and trendiest neighborhoods in Chicago.
