Large windows fill the open living room / kitchen with natural light. The kitchen is modern and has all the basics for you to prepare your meals. Two bedrooms have a queen bed and the third one has two single beds.
The apartment is all yours to use, whether there is 1 or 6 of you. It is in the central business district so the front bedroom may get a bit of noise from the street, whereas the other two are quiet.
This place is centrally located so close to everything Launceston has to offer! It is in a historic building with lots of character - yet the space is modern.
Please note that the flat is located above a pizza restaurant so you will get to enjoy the delicious smell of pizza! If you don't like pizza then the smell might not be to your liking.
Also worth noting that bring in town centre also means the hustle and bustle of a town centre, so if you are looking for a quiet hideout, this one is not for you.
Parking - we can arrange a free parking spot for 1 car 170m away from the apartment on Brisbane Street. Please note i t’s an unsecured car park. Please let us know at the time of booking if you need it.
During Mon-Fri 9am- 5.30pm all on-street parking is metered but free on weekends or after 5.30pm.
The nearest parking building is Paterson Street East (1-15 Paterson Street) which is basically across the road and their rates are:
Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5.30pm it is $2.00 for first hour and $1.00 for every half hour (or part thereof) after that.
Evening rate: $2.00 per entry (Monday to Saturday from 5.30pm to 12am) .
FREE parking: Monday to Saturday from 3:30pm to 5:30pm.
Lastly. We aim to offer a 5 Star home away from home, but we are not a 5 star luxury hotel. So if you are used to luxury hotels it might be best to book one of those instead of our place.
