I grew up in Lancaster, Pa. I have lived in Baltimore for the past 15 years. Baltimore City is an amazing place. The different neighborhoods, festivals, art, restaurants, and people from around the world make it a special gem on the eastern seaboard. There is always something new to explore. The 'charm' of Baltimore is that it has a small town, friendly feel with big city amenities!

Clean, bright, new renovated, and 1st floor master bedroom, bath, and laundry. Kitchen is an open floor plan and lots of natural light! Newly renovated walk out basement.
The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. City living with a tranquil view of a 3 acre Victorian mansion across the street. Even an owl comes to visit in the backyard. Close to hip Hampden, Mt. Vernon, Fells Pt and more. Easy without a car and Ubers super quick, inexpensive, and easy!
The location is ideal for those in the area of John Hopkins. Very safe, comfortable and inviting. Stephanie was easy to coordinate and communicate with. This home would be a great for a family. We were two business associates, and it gave us enough space for our privacy and 'chill time' individually.
Our family spent a month at this property while our daughter recovered from surgery. Stephanie made sure we had everything we needed. The location is in a safe neighborhood. We often took walks around the neighborhood. There are great markets very close and lots of places to choose for food. The house is clean and well kept. We had plenty of room for our family and guests. There is easy access to interstate for a trip to Johns Hopkins or to the Harbor for some fun. My girls enjoyed playing in the yard and enjoying the outside. This property was a perfect place for my daughter to recover while we were far from home. Thanks so much for all your help Stephanie!
Our family loved the house. It is a great location, easy access to places, walking distance to Belvedere square, quiet, and with a nice garden in the back where the kids could run. The house was clean with lots of light and everything we wanted for our stay. Stephanie was courteous, easy-going, and accessible for any questions we had. Everything was great! A place we want to go back to.
This house is an excellent location. Stephanie was so accommodating and the house was super super clean. Tons of space to spread out and have privacy, free parking, and outstanding restaurants grocery stores coffee houses walking distance. Charles Street was beautiful and this is a great area of Baltimore city. Thank you so much Stephanie and we will be back!
We used this home as a family base for our daughter's wedding. It is in a good, safe location. Having a kitchen allowed us a space to relax and enjoy being together. The attendents were able to come over the morning of the wedding to dress. Much more confortable than a traditional hotel room. Stephanie was pleasant and helpful.
We stayed at this lovely Cape Cod home while we helped our son transition to college life in Baltimore. Stephanie was a wonderful host and gave us plenty of advice about where to go, eat and shop. The house was very clean, comfortable, well organized and stocked with everything we needed for a fabulous stay. The neighborhood is really nice and very quiet and the location was great. I highly recommend this rental!

This property is located in a charming part of Baltimore City on Historic Charles Street. It is just a short drive or cab to Johns Hopkins Hospital, JHU, and approximately 7 miles from the Inner Harbor. Close to
Belvedere Square, Hampden, and 83. Perfect back roads into Johns Hopkins Hospital. Close to University of Maryland, Sinai, Gbmc. Minutes to Penn Station where it is an easy train ride (Marc or Amtrak) to Washington, DC
or Philadelphia or NYC. Baltimore is a perfect location to do day trips to Historic sites like Gettysburg or a short drive to Lancaster to see the Amish. Also, there is a wonderful orchard for strawberries, apples, pumpkins 45 minutes away along with Baltimore horse country too. Beautiful back yard and new grill. Lots of activities to do close by. 5 minutes to tons of restaurants in Hampden as well as Belvedere Square and Mt. Washington village. Off of Historic Charles Street and in a super safe area. Stay where the locals live in Baltimore and right in the private school district and stunning historical homes. Walk to different coffee shops and grocery stores while even being close to Lake Roland. A quick Uber to Mt. Vernon too! Larger groups considered, however, 5 person is the standard and for longer stays. Rates will apply to any changes on the requirements.
