WATERFRONT TWO- BEDROOM APARTAMENTS WIITH AIRCONDITIONING AND WI-FI

Two apartaments to rent on the same building. The apartaments are in an unbeatable position to enjoy the beach and the sea all day long without leaving home. They are situated in a very quiet area where you can relax surounded by a family atmosphere. There is a nice garden around the building and a parking lot at the back of the building.

Walking / Trekking: Walking / Trekking the north of Mallorca with its vast mountain range is prime walking country. Why not visit Mallorca in Autumn and Spring when the weather is cooler, and ideal for both walking and cycling? Why not walk or cycle around S'Albufera Nature Park (Alcudia), which is the largest and most important wetland area in the Balearics? The area is a former lagoon separated from the sea by a belt of dunes, which has converted into an extensive flood plain. The Natural Park which stretches across some 1708 hectares of marsh and dune land is a protected conservation region. The area is an internationally protected area for wild birds, and is home to considerable wildlife.

Amenities: Bicycle hire, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, roller blading, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, wind-surfing. One of the biggest/fastest Go-Karting tracks can be found in Can Picafort.

Golf: Alcanada Golf is a championship standard 18 hole golf course, with stunning sea views from almost every fairway and is approx 5 mins drive away. Not to be left out, non-players can enjoy a sumptuous lunch from the clubhouse terrace. Pollença Golf club is approx a 15 min drive away

The apartment is superbly located to enjoy the long sandy beach of Alcudia. The view from the terrace is wonderful. It has been completely refurbished in a modern style . It provides you with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. It has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed (150x200) and one with 2 twin beds. The dining area is prepared to fit 8 people. There are also two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances (microwaves, dishwasher, washing machine) satellite TV, DVD, Wi-FI and air-conditioning both for winter and for summer weather. The apartment has got a really spacious private terrace where you can sunbathe, have your meals or enjoy the long summer nights. Moreover, there is a nice garden for children to play. At the back of the building there is a private parking lot . Shops and good restaurants are within walking distance.

Fantastischer Sommer

Nicht das erste Mal waren wir in diesem Haus. Das Appartment ist super sauber. Bel war wie immer sehr freundlich und bei allen Fragen sofort da und hilfsbereit.

Die Lage ist toll, direkt am Strand, dadurch natürlich belebt, aber es war das, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Aufstehen und ins Meer.

In der Nachbarstrasse gibt es alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und etwas entfernt, ein spanischer Supermarkt und etwas weiter, aber gut erreichbar Lidl.

Don't Miss This

Well, what can I say. We have holidayed in Playa de Muro for 18 years and have stayed in many beach front apartments. Each year we think the apartments are good but this is definitely the best by far, so much so that I booked it for 2013 before we came home. The position is fantastic, right on the beach and you can't get more central. The apartment is very modern and comfortable and spotlessly clean, we couldn't think of anything that it didn't have. Bel had even left nightlights in my daughters room as we all went with our 6 months old grandson and there was even a soft toy left in his cot. Bel, the owner, replies straight away if you have any queries and is happy for you to call her if you need to. The best restaurants are just at the end of the street, El Rancho for a good steak, Las Dalicious for great pizza, and you have to try sole Leo Rojo in the square. Walk into the port along the beach and take the water bus back and don't forget to visit Alcudia old town for the Sunday market. We'll be going for many more years so please don't book our weeks at this great apartment before we do

Toller Badeurlaub im Apartment Buguemvilleas II

Das Apartment liegt direkt am breiten, schönen Sandstrand von Alcudia.

Alles ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Auch die Matratzen in den vier Betten sind für eine Ferienwohnung bequem.Der Balkon bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf den Strand und die Bucht.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Auch die Besitzerin Bel und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und hilfsbreit. Wir haben bereits für nächstes Jahr gebucht. Wir können die Wohnung im oberen Stockwerk also nur empfehlen.

In short english terms: Great new apartment, with all you need, also in the kitchen, directly in front of the beautiful beach of Alcudia. The owners Bel and her husband are very kind and helpfull. Absolutly to recommand. We allready booked for next year.

Platja de Alcudia is one of the most well known beaches in the Balearic Islands. Located in Puerto de Alcúdia, this fine white sand beach is 7-km long. It's the largest beach on the Balearic Islands stretching along Alcúdia bay. Now we find an extensive range of facilities. The beach is easily accessible,it is the one with the widest sport and fun facilities and the safest one as water flows calmly and deepens gradually.

We can divide this long beach in two sections: the first one starts at the marina. It has a two kilometre-long promenade until Ciudad Blanca. This is the main sport and fun facilities area. The second section, where this apartment is located, stretches from Ciudad Blanca to Playa de Muro. Nature here stays more unspoiled. To this section come both those who look for a place to rest and those who want to enjoy some exercise. Sun chairs and parasols can also be rented.
