A lovely refurbished 3 bedroom, mid terrace lodge with extended private decking overlooking Spring Lake in the Cotswold Water Park near Cirencester.

On the first floor you have the master bedroom (king) which overlooks the lake and then 2 further double bedrooms at the front of the lodge and a family bathroom. On the ground floor you have an open plan kitchen, dining, living room. Wooden floors and underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. Shower room leading off this. The kitchen is fully fitted with integrated fridge, freezer, oven, hob, washer/dryer. Dining table and chairs for 6 and sofa seating for 6. French windows lead onto an extended, gated private deck. On the deck you have a patio table & chairs and gas BBQ.

The lodge has free broadband.

Spring Lake is a fun lake and is where you will find the water ski boat and the lakeside bar/brasserie, there is also an onsite children's play area.

Spring Lake is situated on Station Road, South Cerney, just off the B4696 (Spine Road East) and is part of the exclusive Watermark Resort within The Cotswold Water Park.

It is within easy reach of the M4 and M5 and only 90 mins from London. The nearest mainline train station is Swindon (approx 25mins away) or Kemble Station (approx 10mins away). Nearest bus station is in Cirencester.

From the M4 leave the motorway at J15 and follow the A419 Swindon-Cirencester dual carriageway. Leave the A419 at Spine Road Junction and follow the B4696 for about 1200m right onto Station Road. Spring Lake is about 400 yards on the left.

From the M5 leave the motorway at J11A and follow the A417 to Cirencester. From Cirencester the dual carriageway continues as the A419 (stay on the same road). Leave the A419 at Spine Road Junction and follow the above directions.
