In the sought after area Puerta Del Mar, the road that leads to the port. It is uniquely positioned overlooking quiet greenery, but you are perfectly positioned to explore the old town or the marina, both within easy walking distance. All rooms have large double doors that lead to the private terrace, making the apartment open and bright.

The apartment has been finished to a high standard and offers a double bedroom with double bed, and a second bedroom with twin beds. One bathroom, lounge with American kitchen and a large terrace.

The pool area is surrounded by manicured gardens and has plenty of sun loungers to relax and unwind. It is usually quiet, especially during the hours of siesta (15:00 - 17:00) in which you can quite often find you have exclusive use!

There are plenty of Cafes on the doorstep and many amazing restaurants within walking distance including Urban Tapas and Toque offering fusion tapas. The famous port 5 mins away has a wide variety of bars and international restaurants including Thai, Indian and Chinese.

Superb sandy beaches and marina within short walking distance (0.6 miles).

There is ample parking directly outside the apartment and ramp access to a lift that brings you to the apartment.

Having looked at most of the properties in the area I fell in love with this one for the views and privacy. You are in a unique position to be able to walk to everything but feel like you are still in the countryside.
