Luxuriously furnished 2nd floor apartment throughout with designer fittings. Property is situated seconds away from Spinola Bay and Paceville. Accommodation comprises a hall, open plan living/kitchen/dining room, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room. Property is fully equipped with all modern day luxuries and has A/C in main bedroom and living area. sleeps up to 4 persons. Extras include washing machine, dishwasher, 32 inch flat screen, cable TV, free wifi, microwave and various utensils.
Stayed here for a week whilst visiting friends in Malta, I was assisted by the Owner Jesmond from the beginning .The apartment were very spacious, clean and fully self contained new furniture ceiling windows, modern air conditioning - to keep fresh and cold in summer, heating for the winter, free WiFi, TV, DVD The apartment is allocate in the residential area in San Julians in a quiet place, but you can reach by walking ,restaurants, supermarkets, discotheques in 5 minutes by walk.
A good place to stay with probably the best service ever had.
This was the second time I stayed in this apartment. After the great experience in 2011, we decided to come again. The apartment has everything you need, a spacious kitchen, comfortable beds and sofas, and a great climate control with two airconditioning machines.
The service was good, a phone call and the problem was fixed.
I would highly recommend Malta, St. Julians and this apartment to anyone.
We found this apartment very spacious very central near to restaurants, supermarkets, cinemas, beach (St. Georges) bus routes. Very well serviced television disney channel for kids, plenty of towels in bathroom even had dishwasher which we didn't use as we only used sink. Very comfortable beds. Price very reasonable. Only small complaint was pressure in shower was poor. Would recommend it to anybody. John Dublin Ireland
Het appartement ligt mooi centraal. Dichtbij winkels, de baai en verschillende restaurantjes. Bedden zijn comfortabel en er zijn meer dan voldoende handdoeken etc aanwezig. keuken is goed ingericht en compleet. Het appartement is wel vrij donker, geen direct licht. Waarschijnlijk prettig als de buitentemperatuur erg warm is, voor de winter is zonlicht naar binnen fijner. Wij troffen het voldoende schoon aan. De beschrijving van de inrichting klopt.
El apartamento estaba genial, tenia de todo, lavadora, labavajillas, microondas, plancha, estufa, AA, television LCD, tostador, adaptadores para los enchufes para clavija europea, etc, y todo en muy buen estado.
Estaba muy limpio cuando llegamos, habia comida en el frigorifico de inquilinos anteriores, aunque estaba fresca y utilizable.
La situacion es buena, junto a la zona de marcha, pero sin problemas de ruido (al menos en Febrero). Muy cerca hay una parada de autobus, supermercados, tiendas de convenencia, sitios para comer para todos los presupuestos y bares de Pubs de todo tipo.
El unico problema es que el ultimo dia nos quedamos sin agua, aunque nos advirtieron que podia pasar si se quedaba algun grifo soltando agua (en nuestro caso el WC).

St. Julian's is a popular town, usually flowing with tourists, especially during the summer months. It is also a well-sought after destination by the Maltese. St Julians is great for all kinds of tourists; those looking for clubbing and those looking for a peaceful holiday as there are the best restaurants on the island overlooking the panoramic Spinola Bay.
