Serenity! You are going to fall in love with the views to from the deck (30 sqm with a big sofa and a hammock), the best in Brisbane!

* 4 Bedrooms + 2 bathrooms (1 Ensuite), huge fully stocked kitchen and a big dining + lounge with a 55" UHD TV with free Netflix (+ 40" TVs in 3 bedrooms).

* This is like renting a full house - the top level is huge and completely separated from the downstairs unit (also listed here) and very private (and also completely SOUND PROOFED).

* Thai place, Dominoes, Sushi train, Subway Baskin Robbins and more are 3 minutes walking distance away. ALDI, Coles, Woolies, Target, BigW, Kmart and many more are 2 minutes drive away in Mt Ommaney or a 10-15 minutes walk. A few minutes drive to Darra with a lot of Vietnamese and Chinese restaurants to choose from!

* Fastest NBN Wifi Internet - 100Mbps!

* Very big kitchen with a stove, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, ALDI capsule coffee machine, very big fridge/freezer and lots of dishes, pots, cutlery and utensils to use.

* Aircon in 3 of the bedrooms and in the living room. two are only for cooling (there is also a seperate heater), and 2 are reverse cycle.

* Super comfortable beds, excellent quality mattresses and pillows with luxurious high threads cotton linen. I supply fitted sheets, pillow cases and freshly clean blankets and there are extras of everything (+ top sheets, doonas etc).

* Laundry room with washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Also supplied - Vacuum cleaner, Steamer, Iron and Ironing board.

* I supply laundry powder and fabric softener, soap, shampoo and conditioner and other necessities to get you started.

* There is plenty of on street parking, also you can park in front of the driveway on the street level.

OMG the views... it's even better in reality!

I really loved this place. I was there on a business trip (we booked the downstairs unit too). Everything was great! the views are amazing, especially in the morning with some coffee seeing all the birds in the distance starting 'their day' and in the evening the sunsets are amazing. Everything was as described, beds are great, location fantastic for us very close to the freeway that takes you everywhere in Brisbane, but in a very blue chip quiet neighbourhood. Very easy to get everything you need from Mt Ommaney mall which is just a few minutes drive. Will come again! Thank you Guy!

Lone Pine Sanctuary is a 10 minutes drive away - one of the best places in Australia in my opinion :) You get to feed and hang around with tamed kangaroos in a very big field at your leisure, and you can also hug a koala!
