This beautiful elevated first floor corner-unit is directly on the intercoastal waterway, and a short walk from world-famous Siesta Beach. Recently updated and a spacious corner unit with nine foot ceilings, large lanai, two outdoor patios. Modern kitchen with Corian. Three flat panel TV's including a 50' in the family room with a high quality sound system, HD cable service, DVD, and wireless internet.
The large master suite has water views from corner windows, king bed, private bath, and a slider to the lanai. The guest bedroom has a king bed and ample storage. The den has a new La-Z-Boy pull-out couch.
A private entrance leads directly to the beautiful pool area, or the Har-Tru (Clay) tennis courts. Kayak access is also provided in the on-site marina. Other amenities include washer/dryer access immediately adjacent to the unit, a fully equipped exercise room, common area for parties or grilling, waterfront gazebo and picnic area, assigned parking directly adjacent to private entrance, night-time security service, and an on-site rental office for immediate service.

My family wanted to have a place in the sun, and Harbor Towers was the perfect fit. We LOVE the party atmosphere of the beach and village, but also wanted a quiet place to relax and enjoy the views. The daytime views are wonderful, but watching the boats go by on the intercoastal at night is another unique treat.
The elvated first floor unit is five feet above ground level, so it affords total privacy, while providing all the benefits of a private entrance. Easy access to the pools, marina, or tennis courts. But also easy access for luggage and groceries. Skip the elevators, and go directly from the unit to the pool or courts.
What a wonderful, relaxing vacation! This first floor condo is in the perfect location! It offers exceptional views of the Intracoastal Waterway from the lanai, side deck, and the living room. From the back deck, there is access to the tennis courts, pool and parking. There are also grills available and outdoor seating. Talk about easy access and convenience! (Another plus was that the laundry area was a few steps away from the front door of the condo. For longer stays, this is really important!)
The inside of the condo is lovely! There is new, modern furniture and artwork, along with flat screen tvs and wifi. And, you will just fall in love with the kitchen! It is newly renovated with beautiful tile and corian countertops, along with accent lighting over the cupboards. The cookware and and tableware were also of the highest quality!! If we weren't on vacation, I could have slept all day in the bed! The king and queen beds both had cozy bedding and memory foam mattresses....Bliss!
On to the beach! The condo had chairs. an umbrella and coolers to use, along with beach towels. The Siesta Key beach was a short walk away ~ it really is as spectacular as everyone says it is!! The sand is like walking on talcum powder - no burning feet here!! Another area that we really enjoyed was Turtle Beach, which was south of the condo. The first thing you will notice is the difference in the type of sand and it also seems a bit less crowded than Siesta Key beach. Make sure you check out both!
Siesta Key downtown is very quaint and friendly. Our favorite stop was The Daiquiri Deck. We ate there several times during our stay and enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Another great place to eat was Napoli - great Italian food. I met the owner and chatted with him for quite some time - a great guy and a great restaurant! Each night you will find singers in a variety of restaurants and can't help but have a good time! In the morning, you have to make the trip to Mini Donuts. They make the donuts right in front of you and dip them into the toppings of your choice - can you say heaven???
There were a lot of places to explore outside of Siesta Key. St. Armand's Circle, Sarasota Marina, Mote Marine Aquarium were just some of the places that we ventured off to during our stay.
We had an outstanding vacation and really loved this condo! I just wish we could have stayed longer!
We stayed at this condo during the 4th of July holiday week and just didn't want to leave. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets on the beach, late night glasses of wine at the gazebo on the inner coastal, barbecued delicious meals, relaxed in the pool, and all with in easy walking distance of the condo. I loved the fact that the parking spot was right outside the condo. It made it so easy to bring in groceries and to just get around very easily. The unit itself is well equipped with everything you need and is just lovely. It has two patios and also a lanai - which made it great to be able to sit outside or in the lanai and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The tennis court is right outside the condo and there are tennis racquets available - just so much to do. There is also transportation that is available that is FREE to take you to Siesta Key Village or to the beach. They just want you to tip them. We never had to call for this service they always seemed to be available. Other than going to the grocery store which is a quick trip over the Stickney Point Bridge, we never used our car as we walked or used the FREE transportation service. We never really left the village as there is just so much to do and I just can't wait to get back!!!!
My husband and I stayed here in early December. The unit was newly updated and very clean. The unit was spacious, we could have easily brought our 4 kids and still had room.
The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of dishes, utensils and pans. We also spend several nights grilling on the new grills out by the pool. Loads of beach towels, cooler and beach chairs came in handy.
The bedrooms have lots of space and plenty of closet space, bed in the master was heavenly. Soft bedding and lots of pillows.
The best thing about this unit is the location, we thought it was the best unit in the building. You are on the first floor with two patios, one leads directly to the tennis courts (which are hard-tru and in great shape). Also, directly to your parking space (which makes loading and unloading much easier). The other patio overlooks the marina, prefect!
We never used the pool, but it was very nice, the beach was a short drive or bike ride away. The sand on the beach in unbelievable. We went everyday, some times just to watch the sunset.
We rented bikes down the street, we walked and rode them back, but they do deliver. We also rented kayaks from the same place and had a very fun day kayaking, a must do. Siesta Keys Bike and Kayak rental, friendly and helpful.
The village is very close, we rode the bikes one day to dinner. The Cottage Restaurant is a must stop, we ate there 3 times, excellent food every time.
We will defiantly return, maybe with the kids next time.
