Kawama Yacht Club is a well maintained private gated community with 24 hour security. Kawama is over 22 acres in size with plenty of space for boats. It also has a Marina where renting a slip is optional. A few minutes in the boat and you are on one of the world's best fishing waters or simply take a trip out to the John Pennekamp Coral Reef for a bit of snorkeling or diving.
At Kawama Yacht Club there is a saltwater lagoon that through underwater channels are filled with water from the sea. The lagoon extends over the entire area and at the two ends there are beaches and sun loungers where you can sunbathe and swim.
If you are bringing children we also have a playground located just outside our backdoor next to the pool. You could also sit back, relax and watch your kids play and swim in the saltwater lagoon.
This property is a three story, three bedrooms and three bath townhouse. Your whole family will love the breathtaking view from the balcony’s facing the lagoon. Inside you’ll find tasteful furnishings throughout with Cable TV in each room and WIFI Internet Connection.
The kitchen is well equipped and modern. Most standard machines are available such as coffee maker, microwave, blender and toaster. Dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge and freezer are all almost new and in very good condition. The kitchen is next to the living room and has an exit to the balcony at the front where the barbecue is located.

After spending numerous vacations in the Keys, we finally decided to get a place of our own. We had previously had a very pleasant stay at Kawama Yacht Club. When we decided to purchase, Kawama became a natural option for us to start looking. We found K2 and just within a couple of days it became ours :).

Great size for 4 adults and a baby. Pools and lagoon were fantastic. Close to the Fisheries for fresh seafood. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms.
From the very beginning,, the owner, Pierre was professional and accommodating. The townhome was very roomy with beautiful screened in balconys front and back overlooking a tranquil lagoon. The Swimming pool was heated and always the perfect temperature. Shopping and resturants are everywhere. I highly recommend this location.
We came to Key Largo to participate in the mini lobster season. When we arrived, we immediately noticed the lack of space for parking your boat, or vehicles. We were sited twice for parking our boat in the parking lot. The townhouse itself is nice. It was close to the pool, and the lagoon. The kids had a ball swimming, fishing off the dock, and kayaking in the lagoon. Overall it is nice, but make sure you plan ahead to put your boat in the marina.
We have been staying at this townhouse during the winter since 2006 and we consider it our "home-away-from-home". The owners are wonderful and they keep the property in tip-top shape, providing many amenities for renters. The location of the townhouse, overlooking the lagoon, is superb. We whole-heartedly recommend this property for your visit.
While looking for a place to celebrate my mother in law, we stumbled upon this gem. We were seven people and each part of the family had their own bedroom. With three floors and three bathrooms, I guess it can hold a big group with ten with no worries.
It holds everything you need in the kitchen, bedrooms and have wireless internet. Everything is in great shape and well documented in the guest handbook.
It is placed near the ocean and it has two nice pools and a salt water lagoon in the area.
As it is conveniently located on Key Largo, we could take trips both to Fort Lauderdale (Saw Grass Mills) and to Key West, so it’s close to everything in the southern parts of Florida.
The area has a couple of restaurants in walking distance (10 minutes) and lots in driving distance. Don’t miss Marker 88 which is 10-15 miles down the road on the right side.
We will definitely come back to this wonderful place!
