Two balconies=balcony 1 via French doors from bedroom 1 with seaviews (sunrise), balcony 2 accessed from living room (also stairs/entrance to apartment) catches the afternoon sun, suitable for breakfast/dining/sunbathing.
Open plan living accommodation with fully fitted kitchen, breakfast/dining bar, TV, settees. From living space, short stairs to large double bedroom.
Bathroom= separate large shower + bath + basin + toilet.
3 Bedrooms= bedroom 1: large with sitting area.and 5FT (1.50m) bed, built-in wardrobe, access to balcony; bedroom 2: large with 6FT (1.80m) bed, sitting area, built-in wardrobe, 2 windows (views to rolling landscape); bedroom 3 with bunkbeds, window with seaview.
Private, secluded and safe parking..
You are most welcome to write in English, Dutch, French, German and even in Spanish and Swedish.
It is a unique property, the apartment is part of a manor house, close to town/station/shops but with unrivalled views and privacy.
Privacy, use of large garden and private parking
What a gem of a place, very clean and bright and the three bedrooms are of more than adequate proportion, the view from the main bedroom balcony was ever changing and idyllic. It is a bit of a climb and a car is required which is typical of a seaside setting but the space offered in the massive garden was a treat for our grand children.

Elsa was very helpful from the very start of our holiday with cream teas in the fridge on arrival that went down a real treat after a long drive from oxford.

From the very start at booking time to the very moment of leaving the ’Strand Apartment’ was a delight and a joy!
A warm welcome from Elsa was the start of a very comfortable stay. The Strand is comfortable and well appointed with clean and modern fitments.
On sunny mornings and evenings the two balconies provide pleasant areas for eating Al Fresco but should the weather prove inclement then on with the central heating and supper in front of the TV

A five star stay
It was our first stay in UK since about 18 years. We were very pleased with the friendliness of all the people in UK, especially of our landlady! She solved all our small problems and wishes to our complete satisfaction.
The appartment itself is very good equipped and maintained. You have a fantastic view about the bay and St. Michael's Mount. A large and well-maintained garden can also be used by the travellers. The trampoline was a highlight for our children.
Penzance is a nice town with a lot of shops and cozy pubs. The ideal location to discover Cornwall!

Having returned to the apartment for the second time, it was just as great as the first. With great views to St Michaels Mount and the sea,having the balconies is a really great feature. The apartment is very spacious, light, airy and clean.
The location is good and only a short distance to lots of other popular places.

Having recently stayed at the Strand Apartment, we would firstly like to say how fantastic the location is with lovely sea views. Sitting on the balcony in the morning looking at St Michaels Mount was truly beautiful. The apartment is very spacious and airy with large bedrooms. As well as being very clean the apartment is well equipped and the beds are extremely comfortable. The apartment has a luxurious feel and has a very large bathroom with double shower. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the owners and they were very welcoming on arrival. We would definitely recommend to others and look forward to returning. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
The Apartment is very airy, spacious and open, with high ceilings. It is a purpose built holiday home, this is NOT someone's house you are renting full of the owner's clutter. Very quietly situated with Private and safe, large parking, but still at walking distance of sandy beaches, Penzance Town and the railway/bus station with main lines to London and rest of UK and even a short picturesque train journey to St Ives. St Ives is always busy and very difficult to park. Going by train is much more relaxing.
Penzance has a Heliport and a Ferry Terminal to the Scilly Isles, known for its very mild climate and white sandy beaches. Other main attractions like Eden Project can be accessed by train or bus/car and a local sightseeing touring coach is ideal to visit Land's End and other local beaches and attractions such as the open air Minack Theatre.
The Strand Apartment and Coach House are both in the grounds of a MANOR HOUSE with very large garden with stunning seaviews. Both are LUXURY holiday homes with 3 double bedrooms each, for 6 people each.
Other Activities: THE AUTHOR ROSAMUNDE PILCHER, VERY WELL KNOWN IN GERMANY, WAS BORN IN LELANT AND SHE WENT TO SCHOOL IN PENZANCE
Golf: Several Golf courses in the area, St Just, Lelant, Hayle are very nearby.
