Why Cathy Cabrera chose Lower Pacific Heights
LOCATION of the home was our biggest reason to buy this beautiful Victorian home which was built in 1905. It has been remodeled and updated to include everything you would expect in a 5 star property. We love the indoor-outdoor living was also a big draw for us
What makes this House unique
The home has been recently updated and furnished by well know architect. Enjoy staying in the old world charm of this San Francisco home which is located in the heart of everything SF is known for. You will, 'Leave your heart' here for sure.

We loved this rental! Everything was beautiful and clean. Absolutely perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay!
Nicer location close to Fillmore restaurants and shops.
Lovely home. All was perfect.
Beautiful home, great location and everything exactly as described. Perfect for an SF city break.
Lovely home in a great part of SF. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops literally round the corner. Easy walking distance to the California Street Cable Car so very easy to get around. Home owner very quick to respond and plenty of helpful information pre-visit regarding the home, local restaurants etc. With use of the guest parking pass we had no issues finding a space either on the same street as the house or on an adjoining one which was great.
The home is really comfortable, cosy and is well appointed with plenty of provisions and a very well equipped kitchen.
My wife was very pleased to find a pair of hair straighteners in the bathroom having forgotten hers so extra points scored there!!
Everything is exactly as described and would whole heartedly recommend this property to any couple or small family visiting SF.
Many thanks Cathy.
Elegant Oasis in the Heart of San Francisco
This perfectly appointed two-bedroom apartment proved to be the ideal launchpad for all of our San Francisco travels.
Perfectly situated in a residential area, it had all the conveniences you needed nearby --from a multitude of restaurants and retail to services such as dry-cleaning , etc. Steps from public transportation to anywhere in the city, or if you rent a car (as we did) easy to find parking nearby (usually just steps away).
The apartment is beautifully decorated (looks even better than in pictures) and throughly clean. The beautiful kitchen opens up to an outdoor space and was the perfect place to start or day! Great appliances and fully stocked cookware and dinner ware made it easy to prepare and have our meals (even though we only had breakfasts).
I can't say enough of how well this property is maintained, how conveniently is situated, our how great it was for our family to come (home) to it at the end of the day.
Our host was easy enough to communicate with and made sure we had a residential parking permit available upon check-in, as well as a number of suggestions for nearby eating, dry cleaning, etc.
Beautifully furnished, well located house. Loved it!
Just about the perfect location for our 4 night stay. Right by some great restaurants, quiet bedrooms, lovely furniture. All you could want. We enjoyed all SF had to offer. Cathy was a joy to deal with and helped us at every step of the way. recommended very highly
The perfect Pied a terre!
Beautifully decorated and with a beyond fabulous location, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pacific Heights Elegance! I would definitely stay here again when visiting San Francisco!
Additional pricing information
Parking in San Francisco is tricky. If you are renting a car I suggest renting a small car. Taxies are great for getting around, much like NYC and you don't have the hassle and expense of parking a car. There is a Zip Car located 2 blocks from the home if you want to explore outside San Francisco.
