Stunning 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath, Heated Pool, Short Bike Ride To The Beach.

The first thing you will do when you open the front door is smile. This is a happy place! We finished a complete remodel in August of 2013 and continue to make sure the house is in "like new" condition. With the exception of a few cool vintage pieces, everything in the house is new! Most of the art is original and a good number of the pieces are vintage as well.

The place has a nice vibe. Cool, but not so cool you don't want to sit on anything. Serene and lively at the same time, depending on where you're looking.

Kitchen is equipped with top of the line Bosch appliances, including an induction cooktop. You'll find everything you need whether you're a professional chef or just use the kitchen to microwave your cold Starbucks. Blender, mixer, griddle, waffle iron, coffee maker, bar tools, etc. All store away neatly. Full set of All-Clad cookware especially for induction cooking.

The back of the house opens up to the lanai and pool with 3 sliders that store completely away in the walls. Pool is heated and the area is equipped with 4 comfortable lounge chairs as well as 2 chaises. Beyond the pool cage is a spacious tropical oasis with two more chaises. The entire back of house is enclosed in tropical greenery and completely private.

Family room area is furnished with two exceedingly comfortable Eilersen sofas with movable backrests that allow you to configure to suit, or remove completely. Wonderful, cozy area to watch movies on the 55" LED 3D TV or stream your favorite content with the Apple TV.

Master bedroom and bath is a serene retreat. Furnished with a Beauty Rest Black Label king sized mattress, luxury high thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets and luxury European white goose down pillows. The bath includes double sinks with lighted medicine cabinets, a luxurious soaking tub, glass enclosed shower with dual shower heads, seated vanity with lighted makeup mirror and custom walk-in closet.

First guest room is furnished with a queen sized top-of-the-line Beauty Rest mattress, high thread count Egyptian cotton linens and luxury European goose down pillows. This room is equipped with an extremely large custom closet and a 40" Samsung LED TV.

Second guest room is furnished with two top-of-the-line Serta twin beds (suitable for adults as well as children), luxury sateen bed linens and synthetic down pillows. This room also has a large custom closet and 40" Samsung LED TV.

First guest bath can be entered from either guest bedroom. This bath is equipped with a large glass shower with dual shower heads and a large vanity with lighted vanity mirror and lighted makeup mirror.

Second guest bath is directly across the hall from either bedroom. It is also directly accessible from the pool area. This bath is equipped with a large glass shower with dual shower heads and a large vanity.

New Whirlpool front load washer and dryer are located in the garage where you will also find 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas, a Crate & Barrel fold-up beach table, 2 wheeled coolers and 4 bicycles for your use.

There is a large Weber gas grill at the rear of the house.

We are from Indianapolis, IN. Jeff is a nationally recognized artist specializing in public installations. I have owned a small business in the Indianapolis area for the last 23 years.

Why Gloria chose Park Shore

We rented a property in Olde Naples for a couple winters, so we knew we loved the Naples area. We fell in love with the open layout of this house (after a couple walls came down) and the way the entire backside of the house could be opened up to the outdoors. We later realized the neighborhood is ideally situated right in the middle of all Naples has to offer.

It was also important to us to buy an older home. This one was built in 1974. So many of the nice older homes in Naples are being torn down to make way for McMansions. It's very satisfying to bring an older home back.

What makes this house unique

The private Park Shore Owner's Park and Beach is unique in Naples. In season, parking can be a real problem at the public areas and there are very limited restroom facilities. Having this available is a tremendous benefit. Huge parking lot, spotless restroom facilities and a shower area as well, all just a few minutes from the house. We ride our bikes over for the sunset almost every night when we're in town.

Park Shore Owner's Private Park & Beach
Car: recommended

Access to the Park Shore Owners private park and beach - This is a bigger deal than one would think. Because...You'll always have a parking spot and you'll have a shower and restroom to use only available to pass holders.

Park Shore beach walk - Wonderful walkway along the beach running the length of the neighborhood. Great for a run or stroll.

Venetian Village - Walk or ride your bike here. It's that close! This may or may not be a good thing as there are so many wonderful shops and restaurants.

Go to M Grille for lunch and have the bento box.

Waterside Shops - Very chic, high-end mall anchored by Nordstrom and Saks. Several good places to eat there like Brio and California Pizza Kitchen. 1.8 miles from the house.

The Mercato - Another great shopping/dining/entertainment area. Whole foods is here as well as the nicest movie theatre you've ever been to, Silverspot. If you're dubious about your movie selection, have them serve you a glass of wine. It'll make the movie better. 4.8 miles from the house.

Olde Naples - 5th Avenue South and 3rd Street South - This is what a lot of people come to Naples for. The most vibrant area. Lots of shopping and eating to be done. Hit Café Lurcat before 6:00 and you'll enjoy the early bird special and drink special. Cinnamon-sugar donuts for dessert that literally melt in your mouth. 3.9 miles from the house.

Wynn's Market - Awesome family owned market (can you believe they still exist?!) tons of specialty food, great wine selection, extensive deli and premade meals. I love everything about this place other than the cashiers. They're slightly shy of social. I'm on a campaign to kill them with kindness. Help me out. 3.3 miles from the house.

Briggs Wellness Center - This is a really, really nice gym. Lots of group classes and you never have to wait in line for a machine. If you're a swimmer, they have a lovely outdoor lap pool. If you need a personal trainer while in Naples I can hook you up with Allyson, who is most likely the best personal trainer in the western hemisphere. 3.2 miles from the house.

Fresh Market - This is the closest grocery shopping to the house and offers a wonderful selection of organic and specialty food. 1.6 miles from the house.

Love this place!

This is our 4th time staying at this beautiful property. It was our first time visiting in the fall, and we must say, it was our best time yet! The standards of the house remain just as high as ever. We really appreciated, and made good use of, all the amenities including the pool, the bbq & herb garden, the bicycles, the private beach pass with all the beach accessories. Part of the stay included a “girls week”, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all—it was the perfect place for 4 ladies to hang out and explore Naples. We found the house to be versatile for all ages as the fun continued when the grandkids came to visit. It is truly remarkable how comfortable, well setup and outfitted the house is. Gloria and Jeff are outstanding hosts and have proven to be very approachable and it’s obvious that they sincerely want you to have the best stay possible in their home. We are looking forward to our next visit in March!

Relaxing, beautifully equipped home

Gloria and Jeff’s Park Shore home was as lovely as it was described. Every amenity was prvovided and it was very well equipped. It was the 7th condo/house that we have rented in Park Shore over the last 16 years and by far the nicest. The passes for the private Park Shore beach access are a real bonus, allowing for great walks along the only beachside path in the area. This time we saw turtles and rabbits along the path early in the morning. The pool is great, with very comfortable pool side chairs and loungers. The beds were definitely the most comfortable that we have experienced. We really felt that we were in a home that had been furnished and detailed with care and excellent taste. We can’t wait to go back. Gloria was extremely responsive to the one small problem that arose and was dealt with very swiftly, even though it was the weekend. Breakfast places we recommend are: First Watch on Banyan Boulevard, Skillets on Tamiami Trail, EJs at the Bayfront, Jane’s at 3rd Street South, Joe’s Diner on the Tamiami Trail and Lulu B’s just off Vanderbilt Road. Restaurants we love are Alexander’s, Campiello’s, Sea Salt, Cafe Lurcat, Bleu, Provence, Bistro 821, True Food Kitchen and M Waterfront Grille.

Yet another amazing stay!

This was our second stay in Gloria and Jeff's lovely home. It has everything you could wish for a fabulous and very comfortable stay in Naples. It's ideally located for beaches, shopping, restaurants, and it suited our family of five perfectly. We call this "the house that has everything" and is by far the most well equipped home we've stayed in, and we've rented a lot of homes over the years. If you get an opportunity to rent then look no further, you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be looking to return again next year. Also, a massive thank you to Gloria for looking after us throughout our booking and during our stay , nothing was too much trouble and a genuinely lovely lady to deal with. All the best. Still Outstanding second time round

This is the second time we have rented this beautiful villa and it was as we remembered.

Everything about this home is perfect (too many things to list) and the attention to details has to be appreciated together with the beautiful furniture and décor.

Ideally located in a peaceful neighbourhood, with easy access to beaches (private pass provided), nearby shopping ( Coastland and Waterside Shops) and restaurants ( Venetian Village amongst many other ).

The owner, Gloria is extremely helpful and very responsive to any queries.

Look forward to returning for a third time !
