Blue Coral is a magnificent, luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo villa with spectacular views of the Caribbean waters and surrounding islands. It was included in Destination Magazine as one of the best Villas and is the most sought after 3 bedroom villa in Cruz Bay!

The town of Cruz Bay, the ferry dock and taxi stand are just a short walk away. Even though we are really close to the bars/restaurants/shopping - you will not hear any noise from the town. That differentiates us from some other places in Cruz Bay.

Our place is also the highest elevation in Palm Terrace (the 6 unit condo complex) with the best views. Please take a moment to read the wonderful reviews we have received.

In Cruz Bay you will find plenty of shopping, many fine restaurants, and active night life as well as, two grocery stores, a bank, a library and several churches.

Furnished with a king bed and three queen beds, it is ideal for a family or a few couples. Top quality linens and towels are provided as well as beach towels, beach chairs and coolers. Each of the three baths has a large, walk-in shower. There are large closets throughout as well as a laundry room within the condo. The dining room boasts a carved mahogany table that comfortably seats eight.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes, glassware, coffee pot (including espresso maker), blender, pots and pans, and many other kitchen gadgets.

The main balcony provides an outdoor water-wall and comfortable seating for dining and drinking while enjoying the exquisite views of the Caribbean water and surrounding islands. The balcony off the master suite commands panoramic views and ultra-comfortable lounges as well as a teak table and chairs for an intimate dining experience. Balcony ceiling fans were recently installed to provide additional comfort.

The unit has central air conditioning and each room has a ceiling fan. The great room has cathedral ceilings and a 65'' Hi-Def wall-mounted flatscreen TV. All three bedrooms also have Hi-Def wall-mounted flatscreen TVs. WIFI and local telephone service are included.

If you feel you must work while in paradise, there is an office area off of the Blue Bedroom.

Ample parking is available. Relax by the pool in one of the many lounge chairs. Grill your steaks by the pool on one of the two large stainless steel grills.

Our island host will greet you upon your arrival at the ferry dock. They will lead you to your accommodations and; share an extensive knowledge of the island, including local amenities, restaurants, beaches and hiking trails and ensure you have everything you need to make your experience wonderful.

Blue Coral is smoke-free.

Views, price, square footage, walking distance to town, attention to detail, number of bathrooms (most other 3 bedrooms have only 2 bathrooms), luxury accommodations, no town noise (only nature noises)

What makes this condo unique

Blue Coral has the highest elevation, therefore the best views. Our balcony is made of glass so no view is obstructed. We also added fans to the balconies which keeps it cool and keeps the bugs away. We recently redecorated and added a TV to each bedroom. We change all towels and bedding annually so you will never be disappointed with quality.

Awesome! Our family of 6 loved this vacation! The location of the property was perfect! A five minute walk to downtown! The house had everything we needed! We will be renting again on our next trip to St. John!

Blue Coral

We just returned from our son's wedding celebration in St. John! We were thrilled that we chose to stay at Blue Coral. It is absolutely gorgeous! It far exceeded our expectations. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, fully equipped and centrally located. The open floor plan and terrace with water view was perfect for entertaining our guests. We look forward to a return visit and highly recommend Blue Coral.

Beautiful villa with a fantastic view

Our recent stay at Blue Coral was amazing. From the minute we walked through the door and took in the magnificent view, we knew we had chosen the right place to stay while in St John. The owners have thought of absolutely everything needed to make a stay in their villa a great experience. Blue Coral is large, beautifully decorated, close to town but in a quiet area. If we are lucky enough to return to St John in the future we will definitely stay at Blue Coral again!

Our St John's Destination Wedding Condo

This property is exactly as described in the literature. It is a very comfortable condo and has amazing views of aquamarine colored water. The rental agent accommodated our special requests of a Pack and Play plus a high chair for our granddaughter and the condo was very neat and clean upon our arrival.

Don't miss dinner at Oceans 362, Asolare and the Lime Inn!

Air Conditioned Luxury with a View

We stayed at Blue Coral May 19-25, 2016. This is an awesome condo! Such a convenient layout for our 3 couples allowing us both "together time" as well as a bit of quiet isolation time. It is well stocked and has absolutely beautiful views. The photos on the website perfectly represent the condo. In fact, they may sell it a little short. We couldn't think of anything it lacked. The folks at CimmaronStJohn were also a delight and very helpful in addressing all our questions. ...and if you're looking for a great island tour guide, try Pam Gaffin. Check out her website at www.pamgaffin.com. She's a walking St. John encyclopedia and knows all about the island's history, people, culture and happenings. We had a blast!

Luxurious Place with Great View

Very positive experience......only two drawbacks:

HVAC was spotty. As a northeastern US resident, you grow up pretty accustomed to the 72 degree year-round setting on the thermostat. At best, we had difficulty maintaining that because of technical issues (approaching 80 during the day)...at worst it was potentially being governed intentionally to override our setting via the w-fi system in place. We are not sure which.

We picked a spot close to town (Cruz Bay) as opposed to the Westin, which we typically stay at, to avoid the constant taxi fees. While we did walk most of the time, there are two massive hill inclines that make it feel more like an extreme sport than a stroll...so we still paid for taxi service (same fare as Westin) some instances. Plus, the second large hill/street was largely pitch dark at night.

Again, this is merely two exceptions to what was largely an overall tremendous experience.

We are so sorry that there were issues with the air conditioning. Our property manager responded as soon as they knew you were not comfortable and they could find no issue with the air conditioner. We have contacted our guests and have had no issues before or since your visit. The comfort of our guests is paramount.

Hill-top location with fabulous ocean views. Balconies also overlook wildlife preserve. Minutes to the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. Options of quiet solitude or nightlife activity. Fantastic restaurants, shopping and quaint bars. St. John is 3/4 National Park so it is unspoiled and accessible.
