The house has a fully equipped kitchen (cooker, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge with cold water and ice cube supply) and a stylishly decorated living space. There is a garden surrounding the house offering panoramic view to the Evian gulf. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom. Both rooms have view to the sea and are equipped with ceiling fans. The living space is orientated towards the sea and lounging on the sofa offers stunning views of the sea and sunset. The house is semi-detached and is part of a 5000m2 estate. The property has a private garden of approx. 500m2 filled with low rise Mediterranean plants and trees. The beach is set a few steps below the property and is only shared with the tenants from the adjacent property.

Local amenities in the village of Vasiliko are an 5’ drive away (super market, pharmacy, bank, post office) and the resort towns of Chalkida and Eretria are 10’ drive away, offering you the chance for a tranquil promenade by the sea and taverns with fish & sea food but also Greek and other international cuisine and nightlife options.
The property is located on the island of Evia, which you can access directly by car without the need for a ferry ride (see excerpt from google maps in photos).
Car use is recommended but you can also access the property by train from the Athens International Airport or the Athens City Centre to Chalkida train station (around 1,3 hrs ride) and then take a taxi to the property from the train station (20’).
