3 bedroom house, sleeps 6, small private complex with communal pool & golf views

This 3 storey town house is furnished to a very high standard and is on the small ‘Green 4’ community of only 41 houses. The terraces overlook the fabulous Nuevo Portil golf course in this pretty unspoilt corner of Spain.

Local shops and restaurants and a breathtaking 14km Blue Flag sandy beach are just 10 minutes’ walk away. The lounge and terraces are south east facing with sun until mid afternoon, but benefits from welcome shade in the hot afternoons – making it excellent for summer rentals. The partially covered patio area has a large dining table, six chairs and a parasol. The patio is private and fully enclosed with a gate leading directly onto the well maintained communal gardens and pool area. The pool is overseen by a life-guard - making it ideal for families with younger children. The house has Spanish digital TV (including Disney Channel). 2 parking spaces in the private underground car park, keeps your car cool and secure during your stay.

Nuevo Portil is located between El Rompido (to the West) and Punta Umbria (to the East).

There are small local shops selling a selection of groceries, fruit and veg and freshly baked bread, two pharmacies and a doctors surgery.

There are a selection of small supermarkets in El Portil (high season only) and bars/restaurants and beach within 10 minutes walk of the house. By car (5-10 minutes), there are larger supermarkets on the coastal road in El Portil, and towards Punta Umbria (Mercadona & Aldi) and towards El Rompido at the Marina. There are Carrefour hypermarkets in Cartaya and the city of Huelva, both only 15 minutes by car.

Nearby hotels also have restaurants and shop facilities where English Newspapers can be purchased.and where internet access is available.
