Description

Photos and Description of this 3 bedroom holiday villa in Sporades - Villa Perivoliou

private villa with stunning views sleeps 6 in a peaceful rural location b

Villa Perivoliou is a light and airy modern house, but built with all the traditional features you would expect on Skopelos Island . Its crowning glory however is its position set in beautiful, peaceful countryside just a few minutes walk from the beaches that some regard as the most beautiful on the island. The village of Glossa though is only 10 minutes drive away with its shops, tavernas and cafes

The villa has three bedrooms situated over 2 floors, downstairs the open plan kitchen –dinning room and living room open through large French windows onto the stone terrace that surrounds the pool and the gardens (including vegetable garden) and the barbecue area. There is also a double bedroom and a shower room on this level.Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom both with balconies and also a large terrace to share, which have views perhaps even more stunning than from the rooms below. And the second bathroom is also a shower room.

Superbe Vacances à Skopelos, Perivoliou

  • 5 of 5

Our honeymoon was just PERFECT!!

  • 5 of 5

Everything was just perfect. We contacted Anthoula via email. She was so kind and trustworthy. Anthoula and her whole family or the part of the family we met, like her sister in law and her parents, are just the best hosts you can wish for! And that alone is worth a trip to Anthoulas villa.

The villa. I am still dreaming about this wonderful, quiet and beautiful villa and the stunning surroundings. Go there, you'll get so much rest, peace and new energy. You will forget your everyday life completely. You will feel like being in paradise. We both recommend this villa and this island to all who seek for very kind local people, awesome and really fresh food, a great pool, gorgeous nature and lonely beaches. And you know what... there is so much more :)

Thank you so much. You made our honeymoon perfect!

Dear Anthoula, give our best regards to your parents and family and friends.

So long, and thanks for all the fish!!!

xxx

Wonderful stay in stunning location

  • 5 of 5

Our first impression was of the breathtaking views and the beautiful setting of the pool overlooking stunning stretches of the Skopelos coast and neighboring islands. Even on hot days the wind fans through the Cyprus trees cooling the house with its lovely wooden balconies and majestic vistas. The property was clean, modern, fully equipped, but also homely and comfortable. We hired a car in Glossa and were met there by the owner's family and led to the house. The house is in a quiet setting 'away from it all' so it was really very helpful to be met in this way and to be shown the route, and then to be shown round the house. Everything was very smooth and well managed. We had a really idyllic stay.

A REAL PARADISE

  • 5 of 5

We are just now coming back from Villa Perivoliou, one of the most beautiful villas we every stayed in. The impression was incredibile views from the villa overlooking the sea and the neighbourhood island. It exceeded our expectations, the outside space is enormous, you have stunning views from every window of the house. We most liked the barbeque area, but there are many terraces around the house lying in the shadow.

This villa is pefectly located for peace and tranquility. The pool is gorgeous and well cleaned every day. Father from Anthoula came nearly every day to clean the pool and we appreciated his great hospitality giving us vegetables from his garden like fresh tomatoes, cucumbers as well as lemons.

The kitchen is well equipped, and when we did arrive we found all necessary for breakfast in the fridge, like bread, butter, cheese ham, orange juice, mineral water and white while. We felt like at home, because Anthoula was thinking really in everything...

The walk to the beach is through pine-trees and you can find 3-4 nice beaches around with clear blue water, however steep walk home was a challenge. Therefore we preferred to drive by car, which takes only 3 minutes.

We also liked very much the village Glossa, you have to drive 15 minutes to get there. You will find there a supermarket where you can buy everything, very nice restaurant and view is at Agnanti. At Loutraki port you can find a couple of nice restaurants, Flisvos at the end has wonderful sunsets. You can also find more nice restaurants at Neo Klima, approx. 25 min. drive from the house. We can recommend Captain Spiros with beautiful fresh fish and Manolis taverna, where you can sit on a terrace directly overlooking the sea...don't miss to have a break at lovely fisher-village Agnontas, approx. 40 min. in direction Skopelos town.

The only challenge is the very steep track to the villa, so if you are planning to rent a car, we recommend a Hyundai or a jeep, but wonderful Anthoula did manage all in advance. We were picked up late in the night at Glossa harbour by his father and the guy from the car rental even brought us the car directly from Skopelos town to Glossa harbour. What a perfect kind of service indeed.

We are really happy because we spent a wonderful time at Villa Perivoli, and we are sure to come back...

This place is for anyone looking for peace and a quite relaxing time.

Anthoula have great thanks for this wonderful holiday.

A.K. & friends

So peaceful...

  • 5 of 5

If you are looking for peace, nature and beauty this is your home! The house is beautifully designed, there is a special place in every corner, outdoors and indoors. From your bedroom you can hear the sound of waves and from the terraces we even saw dolphins swimming in the nearby beach. We barbecued fish which Anthoula kindly got us together with some fresh vegetables and eggs. The children enjoyed the pool before and after going to the beach.

Glossa is a lovely typical town, not touristy, and Glossa port is also lovely and peaceful. You need to rent a 4x4 car because the drive to the house is a little rough for the last 2-3 minutes.

Highly recommended!!
