A beautiful 1925 Spanish style home listed on the National Register of Historic Places. My husband and I lovingly restored its charm in 2017 along with the Guest Villa gracefully tucked away on the other end of the property. The apartment is bathed in natural light pouring in from the large windows that glisten on the original hardwood floors. The colorful Florida sunsets from this suite are breathtaking!
A complete kitchen with custom quartz countertops, GE stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker and French Bistro tableset create the perfect space to enjoy our complimentary coffee or cook a delightful meal. Plenty of closet space stocked with the essentials and a new LG washer & dryer offer added convenience and comfort. The 43" HDTV and high speed WiFi make it easy to stay connected for work/play. Guests easily stay cool with the remote controlled air conditioner and large blinds to shield the sunlight. Queen bed with soft 800 thread count sheets accommodates up to 2 guests- perfect for couples/friends/business travelers
A paved walkway guides you from the ample parking on our quiet street back to the Villa where Mediterranean steps lead you to the front of the 2nd Floor Sunset Suite. Within the apartment you have private access to a fully stocked kitchen, new washer & dryer and living space. A private balcony terrace extends from the apartment offering views of the lush tropical greenery. There is a relaxing patio area right beside the Villa with ample seating and a large sun umbrella. Also, the lush lawn area in front is available when you're in the mood to lounge beneath a swaying palm tree or enjoy a picnic outdoors.

It is my pleasure to meet guests upon arrival and guide you through the space. As year-round, friendly locals who are always trying the latest offerings in our area, I am happy to provide guests recommendations in addition to the guidebook included in the apartment.

There is a train rail in the area, however previous visitors have never mentioned feeling disrupted by it.

Our incredibly sweet and friendly dog, Cali lives in the main house. However, she does not enter the guest suites.
