Welcome to Seachase Unit E-104! This unit is a large 1400 sq. ft. Condo that has been recently remodeled. It has the BEST location at Seachase being the end unit on the far EAST end of the complex. It is on the 1st floor which is actually the 2nd floor at Seachase. The floor to ceiling windows in every room always give breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sand beaches. PLEASE NOTE: NO SPRING BREAKERS. THERE MUST BE SOMEONE OVER THE AGE OF 30 IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES. AS PER NEW CITY ORDINANCE, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE BEACH DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH.
This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has a split floor plan with both bedrooms being gulf front, floor to ceiling and wall to wall windows, and sliding glass doors in every room. Master Bedroom features a King Bed and has a 42 Inch TV. The second bedroom has two full size beds, a 32" TV, and they all have DVD players. Did we mention the Condo has the BEST location!! The large living room also has a queen size sleeper sofa and a new 65 inch HD TV, just in case we get a rainy day. In addition the Living room and Dining room are gulf front as well to afford you endless views.
Access is amazing for this condo! Just one flight of stairs, right around the corner, and you are at your front door. No long elevator waits or multiple flights of stairs, but there is an elevator if needed. The unit comes with all the amenities you could want including washer and dryer, DVD players, internet access, etc. Basically all you need is your bathing suit, beach towels, and food!!!

* A responsible adult, over the age of 30, must be present at all times for any parties including teens and/or young adults.
* Absolutely no smoking in the unit or on the balcony.
*Only 1 very well-trained dog weighing 30lbs or less is allowed.

Only 1.5 Miles from Simon Property Group's Pier Park: Pier Park features major, regional and local restaurants, retail and a 16 screen theater. There is not enough room to list all the merchants at Pier Park. It is also the home of the Seabreeze Jazz Festival. Check the Thursday night concert schedule during the Summer Season.
This condo is also less than 2 miles from Frank Brown Park which hosts many softball and baseball tournaments throughout the spring and summer.

We just spent 9 more days at this unit in Sea Chase from 20/20 Real Estate. It was very clean, convenient to restaurants and the view is spectacular! Can't wait to book again in the Spring.
This is our second time to stay at Seachase and we love that you can see the view of the Gulf from any room. It is close to very good restaurants and the Pier Park Mall. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed in it. Working with 20/20 Real Estate made it very easy to book the Condo.
We just got home from an 11 day stay at SeaChase 104. Me and my wife have been coming to PCB for over 10 years and this is the best and cleanest condo we've ever stayed at! Our cocker spaniel loved siting on the balcony and enjoying the view as well. No hassles and very close to great restaurants and shopping! We look forward to a long rental relationship with 20/20 Real Estate Services!
Just returned from a four day stay in this unit. View was fantastic! I have to say this was the cleanest and best stocked rental we've ever had at PCB. Everything was just as stated in the rental information and priced below other rentals in the area. This one is on the top of my list for PCB rentals.
I've been visiting Panama City Beach, Fl for 25 years and I have rented at SeaChase for the past 2 years. Everyone at SeaChase to the cleaning service to management have always been exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I choose SeaChase because it is pet friendly and I couldn't imagine vacationing without my fur baby and my fur baby seems to enjoy himself as well and the pet deposit is reasonable. SeaChase is located on the West end of the beach in which I prefer due to it being less crowded as oppose to the East side, at least that has been my experience. The condos itself are very clean with all the amenities available. SeaChase has become "home away from home." I highly recommend SeaChase and I'm looking forward to visiting again! :)
This condo was clean and well kept. We arrived and noticed that the toilet was leaking and the maintenance came right away and replaced items that needed to be fixed and then the problem was solved. Loved the code creation for the door lock so we didn't have to carry keys around and everyone could get in at anytime. We had five stay this week.
We all would love to stay again in this first floor condo. It's just far away from the pier to relax, but then have a great time at pier park by either driving or walking a little more then a mile.
It was very quiet, the beach was not crowded at all and the other guests in the condo weren't loud either.
We also had a little poodle with us that enjoyed his stay!
Great places to eat right close by as well as great things to do.
We were sad to leave!
