If you’re looking for a clean and comfy place to enjoy time with your family, this is the place! Super close proximity to most all top restaurants, stores, the track and a water park! Clean beach, the pool was heated and well-maintained and Liz (the owner) was accessible and awesome! We had a small problem with our TV in one of the bedrooms and within an hour of texting her, the maintenance guy was there to fix it. We are already trying to find time to go back and this would be a top choice!

Awesome Destin location
While I didn’t get to personally enjoy the condo, my son and his new bride were thrilled. I arranged their stay with Liz, the owner. She was great to work with and provided an awesome “welcome” letter with all the important info about the condo and recommended places to eat, spas, fishing charters, and so much more! The kids called the moment they arrived and said the condo was better than the pics and the location was awesome. Their view was blue ocean and white sand. They also told us the pool was beautifully lit at night and they spent a few nights just floating and listening to the sound from the ocean. From all accounts, it was a perfect honeymoon. I've vacationed at hundreds of places but there is no place like Destin for the kids -- of all ages. They can't wait to get to Destin--always a favorite with them. Me? I'll just sit on the beach or the lanai and watch the dolphins...golfing is an option or the waterpark, go-carts or ice cream parlor. The white sands of the 380 feet of private beach, flanked by turquoise waters, is an image I won't soon forget.

Check in: 3 p.m.; Check out 10 a.m.--Please ask me if you need to vary this and I'll work to accommodate as best as the cleaning schedule allows. Damage deposit: $250, which is fully refundable if there is no damage and will be refunded within 24 hours of your departure. Cancellation Policy: Full Refund if there is a hurricane evacuation. Tenant may cancel its occupancy at any time prior to taking possession by giving written notice to Landlord. If Tenant so cancels, Landlord will make attempt to find another tenant for the unexpired term of the lease. If no replacement tenant is procured, all paid deposits will be forfeited to Landlord. If a new tenant is procured, Landlord will credit against the balance due from tenant, any rental money received from the new tenant for the expired term of the lease, less $50 service fee. If Landlord received more than the amount due under this lease, Landlord shall refund to Tenant such excess up to the amount prepaid by Tenant.
