About Eric Lyons
Here I am in downtown Asheville enjoying the day with my oldest daughter. I am retired, a former Marine and business owner. I love the outdoors and all the things it has to offer. I enjoy traveling In my RV, kayaking, camping, bicycling, hunting, fishing, and spending time with my family. I have two wonderful daughters that keep me going.
Eric Lyons purchased this House in 2013
Why Eric Lyons chose Kenilworth
The reason I chose Asheville for a rental/retirement home is because my oldest daughter lives here and we enjoy spending time together in this awesome town. I spent many years as a youngster in this area when my grandparent's came here for vacation and the majestic beauty of the Blue Ridge mountains' and surrounding areas.

Weekend in Asheville
Eric provides us with a great stay at his home in asheville. The park nearby was great and the neighborhood was pleasant. We were close to town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle!
Very nice and very friendly. Close to town.
Kenilworth neighborhood home
We had a fabulous time in Eric's home in Asheville when we came for our son's graduation from Warren Wilson College. The house was super clean and comfortable, with 4 bedrooms to accommodate all of us. We enjoyed being there so much that we actually ate take out at the house two nights instead of going out to a restaurant. The neighborhood was very nice to walk around in. Eric was so thoughtful to leave 4 umbrellas near the door, which came in handy when it rained on graduation day. And when we lost one of Eric's umbrellas, he made ordering a replacement as easy as possible. I would stay in Eric's home again if my son continues to live in the Kenilworth neighborhood.
Eric's home was a great place for my extended family and me to stay while gathering in Asheville. Our kids especially loved the spacious backyard and turkeys running around the neighborhood. Eric was a very responsive host who helped almost immediately with a few issues arising during our stay.
Good stay despite weather. . House in a central location to everything in Asheville. House clean and very well stocked.
Great short weekend
Spent the weekend in Asheville and Eric’s place and it was the perfect house for us. Living room and kitchen were good sizes and the place was well appointed with everything we needed. Eric left detailed instructions for everything and we weren’t wanting for anything. Living room was larger than appeared from online pictures which was an added bonus! Uber’s were very easy to come by and averaged around $7 to get to downtown. Would stay here again for sure.
Great neighborhood, great for walking, cycling, tennis court and children's playground only 500 ft away from house.
1.5 miles from downtown Asheville. 3.1 miles from 'Biltmore Estate'. The largest private residence in the United States . A must see it to believe it! Oh and you must have breakfast at 'Tupelo Honey Cafe' only 1.5 miles. Or 6 minutes away.
