Welcome to our paradise "Secret Garden Juan Les Pins" (please check also our own site on the Internet for more info)

This ground floor apartment in "Domain Juan Flore" that sleeps 6 has a lovely private garden with a large SW facing terrace where you can enjoy the sun while relaxing in a comfy lounge group. Here you also find a large diningtable for 6 as well as a Weber gaz barbecue.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms facing north; a king size bed in one room and a “family bed” (2+1) in the other. Extra bed and baby cot are available. AC is installed in both bedrooms for a comfortable climate during the hotter months.

The high standard kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave owen and Nespesso-machine. There's also a washingmachine in the apartment. The light living room has a lounge-area with a flat screen TV + DVD player, IPOD-dock and a Nintendo Wii-console. Highspeed Internet access for your comfort as well as a generous dining table seating 6-8. The completely fenced garden has lots of flowers and a lawn where children can play safely. Gardener maintained. A lovely wooden-terrace outside the bedrooms with a provencal sittingroup. Perfect for your morning-coffe in the sun! With the apartment comes a private parking lot next to the garden.

Domain Juan Flore, ready built in 2009, offers an exclusive, spacious and calm gated environment with low buildings, lovely gardens, flowers and a guarded pool. Paved walkways and no cars makes this ideal for families. The pool is big! It has an artificial beach and a separate children’s area. The free public beach with lovely white sand is only about 150 meters away, easily reachable by foot.

The apartment is only a 5 minutes walk to the large local Super Market; "LeClerc" (opened every day of the week). There are also several boulangeries, cafees, restaurants, a fitness centre and other shops close by.

The domain is situated between Juan Les Pins and Golfe Juan. Both are about 10 min walk away along the boardwalk. Golfe Juan offers a bustling Marina with lots of yachts to watch and many restaurants by the dock. Juan Les Pins is famous for its lovely beach with white sand. In Juan Les Pins you'll find lovely beach restaurants, shopping, trendy night life and a casino as well as a children's park with carousels. Don't miss the little train going back and from Antibes - a must with children!

Getting there and around: From Nice Airport it's a 20-minute drive. Rental cars available at airport. Taxi from the airport is around 60 Euro. There is also an express bus (#250) that stops close to the domain. Fare 15 Euro return ticket. Leaves every 35 min and takes approx. 50 min. The bus stop is 5 min walk away and the train station in Juan-les-Pins 15 min walk away. The buses and trains at the Riviera are excellent, running every few minutes. Take the train to Nice, Monaco, Menton and Italy and enjoy the scenic setting! If you prefer a taxi, UBER works perfectly in the area!

Places to visit and Activities: Visit the historic and beautiful Old Town of Antibes, only a 5 min drive away, or take the train! Nice and Cannes are only 15 min away and Monte Carlo about 45 minutes away. In the picturesque, arty villages of Eze, Mougins and St Paul de Vence you'll find several museums and wonderful small restaurants.

A lot of water sports are available at the marinas and beaches, including Glass-bottomed boat trips. The 'Marineland', one of Europe's largest marine-parks, is only 15 min away. There you'll also find the fantastic water park 'Aquasplash'.

Tennis courts and Golf courses are available throughout the area.

We are a Swedsh family of 5 who loves the Riviera! We purchased our apartment 2011 and we feel so lucky that we found it.

We are an active family who loves going on excursions and discover new places around our second home. In the winter we love to ski and in the summer we love to hang out by the beach or by the pool. Tennis and golf is also on our list of favourite activities, as well as dining out and discovering new lovely restaurants.

We hope to welcome you to our paradise on the Riviera!

Why Ebba Taesler chose Juan-les-Pins

This prime location is everything! Right by the beach and such a lovely domain with beautiful landscapes and flowers and a great big pool. What we also apprechiate with our apartment is the closeness to foodstores and JuanLesPins. It's not necessary to have a car at all. When getting back home it's like coming to a oasis after a bustling day at the beach.

Also our lovely garden and terracess really makes our apartment wonderful! We almost spend all our days out at the terrace and garden. It's our extra "livingroom" during the summer- months. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

What makes this apartment unique

The closess to the beach wich is so valuable during the crowded summer months when parking is a nightmare. When you stay in our apartment, you don't need a car since everything is within reach by foot.

Our large, completely fenced, private garden with lovely flowers is a real treat. Such a lovely place to come home to after a day at the pool or beach. The terrace and garden is like an extra family-room.

Our private parkinglot next to our apartment within the Domain is a real plus if you come by car.

  • The master bedroom has an extra large double bed (180cmx200cm). Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes for storage, and each has its own patio door opening out to a lovely wooden-terrace in the private garden. There is an extra foldable bed that can be put in either room. A travel cot is also available. Both bedrooms are facing North. Aircondition is installed in both bedrooms.

The pool is opened from 1st June until 30th September. However, this can change with a few days. Daily hours: 9:00-20:30. AC installed in both bedrooms. Private parkinglot for 1 car next to apartment.

Lovely apartment with excellent facilities and a fab garden

The apartment is well located for the beach and amenities such as supermarkets and small restaurants are close . The provision of a well stocked kitchen is fantastic, you have all the utensils you need plus spices etc..

The a/c units in the bedrooms are supplementary to the piped air and have to be the quietest ever. For us Northern Europeans sleeping at 24 deg C meant a comfortable sleep.

We would really recommend the lovely apartment and beautiful gardens which are a short totter from the pool.

Perfect family holiday apartment

We stayed here for 7 nights Ian the end of May with 2 kids; 4 and 1.

The container spacious mature garden was invaluable; both for young kids to run around, and for outdoor entertainment especially in good weather.

The outdoor patio perfectly equipped with Weber gas Bbq for impromptu Bbq dinner, seating area which was also lovely for relaxing with a book or iPad after a day out, and the expanding canopy shelter in event of rain to cover this area completely- this was invaluable.

The kitchen and living room area (the latter with sofa, armchair, dining table set up and tv) was sufficient for a holiday rental but with the outdoor areas we hardly stayed indoors except for when our 4 year old was watching tv or breakfast time.

The bedrooms had a perfect set up for a couple and 2-3 children. The bunk bed with double size below and single upper allowed flexible sleeping even for adults.

A baby cot was provided for our 1 year old, and we noticed an additional fold up bed in the kids/ family bedroom.

The master bedroom was simple and perfectly catered for our requirements (2 singles joined for super king bed), wardrobes with sufficient wooden hangers (even hotels only supply a handful), and throughout the apartment (bedrooms and kitchen) lots of wicker type storage boxes to organise dry food, travel bits, clothes/ underwire, nappies and toys.

An added bonus for the kids was discovering wicker storage boxes for boys and girls toysin the bedroom so we did not feel guilty to hardly bring any.

If you have time for TV, there are lots of dvds to watch, and even a Nintendo Wii!

Location was perfect; safely within a gated development, and only 5 mins walk to the beach and 15mins walk to the town centre with plenty of restaurants, shops and beach plus beachside hangouts.

We caught a bus to Antibes for the day, and could easily catch a local train to neighbouring towns such as a Nice, Antibes and Monaco.

We did not hire a car and booked a cab from the airport to the apartment which was seamless.

We highly recommend a stay here, and found both Ebba and Karen who is the contact person on the premises brilliant to communicate with and most helpful.

We will be back again.

Great apartment with a perfect garden

This was our second time in this apartment. Very modern, well equipped, clean and with a garden&terrace that is so nice both for breakfast and to enjoy the evenings. Parking around the corner, close to the beach and with a large pool in the area. Really recommended, and we hope to come back again.

A perfect apartment for the family

We (2 adults, 3 children) stayed one week in this apartment in July 2016. It is a very modern and well equipped apartment with a great location. We really enjoyed the garden and terrace in the evenings. The owner as well as meet-and-greet staff were very responsive and helpful. We can highly recommend this apartment.

Well equipped, comfortable apartment.

This is a quiet, well equipped apartment located close to the beach and supermarket / shops. It has a great garden which we used for outdoor dining and relaxing in the sun. The beach was a short walk away and the onsite parking made hiring a car that much easier. We would love to return soon!

Domaine Juan Flore is situated on the beach between Cannes & Antibes, only a 20-min drive from Nice Airport. The residence consists of low-rise buildings in a beautiful garden-setting. There is a guarded, large swimming pool with a separate children pool. The complex is gated with 24hrs security and private parking. An underground passage connects Juan Flore to the long, lovely beach with white sand- one of the best of the Riviera. The beach is free.

The centre of the seaside resort Juan-les-Pins is a short 10-min walk away. There you will find all you desire for a perfect holiday; a gutter of fantastic restaurants, designer shopping, bars, beach restaurants and vibrant night life. The location really combines the calm and relaxing, easy-life holiday, with all the possibilities of a bustling holiday-town just a few minutes away.

A bit further away you'll find historic Antibes, Nice, Cannes, Monte Carlo with all the best the Riviera can offer for everyone!

Golf: There are several excellent golf courses within the region, all within easy reach by car between a 15-45 min drive.

Ski: 1,5 hours drive away you'll find several ski-resorts such as Isola 2000, auron, Limone (Italy). There you can ski for a day, and return in the afternoon for a swim in the Mediterranean!

A Mandatory cleaningfee of 100 EUR will be added to the rent. Linnen&towels&beachtowels optional for renting at 20 EUR/person. Payment for cleaning and linnen is made to our meet-and-greet person upon arrival.
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment to be made within one week after booking. The rest of the rental amount, including the security deposit, are to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the rental period starts.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
