We recently purchased our new home and just completed a thorough updating of the interior with paint, furnishings and wall hangings. All of the furnishings have been recently installed and now this beautiful home is being offered for the first time. We are very experienced with the rental process as we currently have other vacation homes available and have been renting them for the past 15 years. Our excellent ratings with HomeAway and VRBO support this claim.

This beautifully furnished home is in the exclusive Desert Horizons Country Club in Indian Wells, California. Situated in the most desirable desert community in the Coachella Valley, our home is set in a neighborhood of beautiful homes and lush gardens. Desert Horizons Country Club is adjacent to the Indian Wells Golf Center, close to El Paseo Drive and world class tennis at the Tennis Garden arena. Desert Horizons provides 24 hour roaming security and 24 hour gate guards. We are near world class golf and tennis facilities including the Indian Wells Tennis and Golf Club but you will have the option to play at our course right outside your back door or enjoy all of the amenities of the Desert Horizons Club House with workout facilities, three restaurants, pro shop and spa.

Enjoy serenity outside either in the front, well appointed, private courtyard or the back patio with views across holes 6 and 7 of the course, two ponds and the Little San Bernardino Mountains. Our club has 20 pools to choose from, two of which are located within a 2 minute walk from our back door. Pick fresh grapefruit from our tree in the backyard each morning. A gas grill is provided for your barbecues. There is plenty of seating available throughout the front or back areas.

Inside, we have three bedrooms (one king, one queen and one setup as a TV room or office with a comfortable queen sofa bed. Spacious closets, a large and well equipped kitchen and a dramatic great room living room with 11 foot ceilings, well lit and airy, working fireplace and several glass sliding doors with views of the golf course throughout. There are a total of 4 flat screen HD TV's throughout the home. There is a wet bar equipped with an easy to operate automatic Espresso machine and a beer keg dispenser.

Our home has forced air heat and AC, two overhead fans, two-car-plus-golf-cart garage, laundry facilities, WiFi throughout the house and free North America long distance calling. HD cable service is provided.
