Light tropical colors which create a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. You'll feel like you're staying in your second home, with complete linens and a fully equipped kitchen – stove, fridge, microwave, coffee pot and tons of other items so you can prepare your favorite meals and dine in. (Of course, with all the great restaurants close at hand, you'll probably want a few “out” meals, too!)
The living and dining areas are roomy and comfortable, the perfect kind of place to sit back after a day at Siesta Key Beach or our refreshing pool, and read or watch TV or a movie.
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and TV. This unit also has a master bath in addition to a bathroom off the hall. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds and TV. There are ample closets in all bedrooms, and the bathrooms are large, clean and modern.
The screen lanai is spacious, with table and chairs, to enjoy the tropical breezes. We provide local phone service, basic color cable, and either a DVD or VCR player. Also supplied is a covered ironing board and iron. Each unit has been thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, but basic cleaning supplies, including a vacuum cleaner, are provided, and a local cleaning service is available for hire.
The clubhouse, adjacent to our swimming pool and office, is the hub of activity. Our pool is heated year-round to a warm 86º, so you can enjoy a swim even during the cooler months. You can also relax in his and hers saunas, catch a bit of sun on a lounge chair, or sit in the shade and enjoy a bit of vacation reading.
Looking for a new read? Check something out of our lending library, where you can select a book or magazine, puzzle or movie for your entertainment. In fact, you can settle down in a comfy chair or sofa and read awhile. Or invite friends to join you for a game at the clubhouse cardtables. TV and music are also available in the clubhouse, which is open during business hours and can be reserved for after-hours parties or activities.
The social committee puts on many events and celebrations, held at the clubhouse or at a nearby church hall. They'll let you know what's coming up by posting notices on our bulletin boards. The committee makes good use of the clubhouse kitchen facilities for their welcoming parties, holiday get-togethers, and other fun events.
A new gas grill, located next to the pool and a few covered picnic tables, is available for your use. It's in a lighted area, in case you're still cooking when the sun goes down.
Laundry facilities are available at four locations, and mail is delivered to mailbox banks.
Siesta Village and Siesta South Village offer shopping and dining on the key, and just about every sort of shopping, cultural, sports and recreational activity is readily available in Our Area.
The first sign that you've come to the right place is the grounds, seven acres beautifully landscaped with palm trees, live oaks, flowering shrubs and tropical flowers. There's birdwatching near the dock or at birdfeeders sprinkled around the grounds, and you can watch for dolphins and manatees in the canal, connected to Little Sarasota Bay.
Across the street and down a little path will bring you to the vast expanse of Siesta Beach, one of the world's most beautiful beaches (with plenty of awards to show for itself!). There you'll find a playground, tennis and volleyball courts, shaded picnic areas, snack bars…and miles of soft, pure white quartz sand.
The unit is close to shopping, water sports, golfing, arts and theater…just about any type of fun or entertainment you'd like to enjoy.
Whether you're looking for a once-in-a-lifetime Florida vacation, a mid-winter break, or a place to call a second home, we will cheer you up with a welcome-home attitude, and you can relax right into a lovely time enjoying our tropical island paradise.

Great location ~ Very quiet ~ Everyone is very friendly ~ Spacious accommodations ~ The pool is very nice!
The condo worked great . We played six rounds of golf and were surprised at how cheap it was to play . Close to shopping and the airport was a bonus . Every one we met around the pool or around the grounds were friendly . I returned to Ottawa to be greeted by a foot of snow ! what a shock .
The pure white quartz sand of Siesta Key Public Beach earned it the title of “The Best Sand Beach in America” (The Travel Channel, 2004). You can walk or jog along the Gulf of Mexico, or spread out a towel and let the tropical breeze take your mind off any worries!
If you’re up for more active fun, bring a frisbee, tennis racket or volleyball. Body surf, fly a kite, gather some shells. Pack in a picnic to enjoy on the beach or in the shaded picnic areas, or pick up a snack at the concession stands.
In addition to the stunning Siesta Key Public Beach, there are two additional Gulf of Mexico beaches on Siesta Key, as well as great little shops and restaurants. You’ve got easy access to boat rentals, jetski rentals, parasailing…recreation awaits you!
Crescent Beach, just south of the public beach, is a quieter and more private beach, with only one public access road. Its southern tip is the Point of Rocks, a great snorkeling and diving area with coral reefs that often harbor abundant marine life.
Turtle Beach, south of Crescent Beach, is a great family play area, with a playground, horseshoe pit, boat launch, volleyball court and picnic tables. It’s also a good place for finding shells and perhaps some shark teeth. Here you can launch your boat, fish in Blind Pass Lagoon, or eat in a nearby restaurant.
Siesta Key Village is full of shops and restaurants. You can buy just about everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation, including beachwear, sun products, and toys. There are also little boutique shops where you can indulge your love of unique clothing, jewelry, flowers and scented lotions. Several local restaurants offer patio dining, which you can enjoy from breakfast spots to dinner and evening entertainment.
Additional shopping is available in South Siesta Village, and Siesta Key is close to a wealth of retail, cultural and recreation activities in Sarasota and nearby communities.
Public parking spots may be hard to find unless you go early. No need to worry staying here at White Sands Village, all you have to do is walk down a short path from White Sands Village Condominium to reach the beautiful Siesta Key Public Beach.
