Very nice apartment great location

This is our 2nd year staying in one of Pats apartments. Well kept, clean, everything we needed. The building is secure and in a great location. There is just the 2 of us but could easily sleep another couple. Great views from balcony. We would recommend Pat he is great with very nice properties for your next stay in Dublin, we will definitely be back next year. John &Judy Fort Worth, Tx

Awesome - but

The apartment was awesome in a very secure building. To us it immediately felt like home away from home, we just fit right in. In the evening it was somewhat noisy as long as the bar was open across the square. While there has been significant improvement in the area, it still has the presence of homeless. We would have appreciated it if Pat had stocked the maintenance items better including, toilet paper, paper towels and dish washing packets since we had to restock these items. The location is very centrally located and all of the sights we wanted to see were within walking distance (30 minutes though I admit we took a taxi a few times). This is easily a repeat location if we were in Dublin in the future. Thank you Pat.

I will ONLY work with Mr. Pat when I vacation here

This was my second trip to Dublin in less than 9 months. Previously I located the 3 bedroom apartment, which comfortably situated all 7 of us California Vagabonds quite nicely, and now my husband and I decided to go at it alone (with just 1 friend this time!). Immediately we turned to Mr. Pat for housing, as due to our previous experience he was a complete and utter JOY to work with, and his apartment was always well stocked and felt like home.

And let me tell you, i was far far far from disappointed with the smaller apartment. It was cozy yet roomy, comfortable yet sophisticated, and immediately felt like home. And what a home it was! Not only was it amazing, it was accessible, as I have a handicapped friend who easily maneuvered through the apartment with ease.

The shining star? Mr. Pat himself. He is kind, generous, patient and a dream to work with. After my first experience with him, I was eager to see what else he had to offer. Now after this experience, I will ONLY work with Mr. Pat regarding housing in Ireland when I go, which will be often. I will work around his rental schedule, and work around when he is available for me to be able to visit the Emerald Isle. He was that great. He is a true gentleman and a wonderful human being. You will feel like you are renting from a friend, and you will feel so grateful for the experience. Mr. Pat, thank you, thank you, thank you!

Light and welcoming

We had a lovely Christmas weekend with our family in this flat. Pat was a most gracious host, meeting us on Christmas Eve as we got in and giving us a thorough orientation to the apartment. Since Dublin was rather quiet for the holidays, we did quite a bit of cooking for ourselves. The kitchen had everything needed for preparing a very nice Christmas dinner for four. A grocery close by made shopping easy. The weekend was rather grey and damp, but the large and abundant windows kept the apartment feeling bright and cheery nonetheless. Everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. We had rented a car, but left it in the garage, preferring to explore the city on foot. Overall, a great place to stay in Dublin.

Excellent quiet location near busy areas

The apartment was perfectly located near all of the must see places in Dublin. Mr. Griffin was extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs, including giving us additional time to check out due to another Lufthansa strike (two years in a row--avoid that airline at all costs if you have tight connections). Mr. Griffin was extremely nice about our predicament. No complaints about him whatsoever! A great place to stay.
