Great apartment, location and host!

Our stay at Patrick's apartment was perfect! It was within walking distance of everything we did (Guinness Factory, Kilmainham Jail, Jameson Distillery (right across the street from apt.), Trinity College and Temple Bar area. If you aren't an avid walker, there is a taxi stand across the street from the apt). We grabbed breakfast fixings at the market right down the block and had tea and breakfast in the apt before we went out each day. But, there is also a great coffee shop downstairs (Third Space). There is a great local pub right up the block (Cobblestone) and has great live music (local folks). Our host, Patrick, was a delight. We texted upon our arrival at the airport and he suggested we have have tea/coffee at Third Space and then he came to meet us there and show us to the apartment. He has the apartment professionally cleaned after each stay (we were able to get into the apt a little bit early and saw the folks cleaning). All in all, I highly recommend!

Great space! very clean

Pat was great! Had great recommendations and laid out a map for us to show us where to go and how to navigate dublin! Great area, right across from the Jameson Distillery!! Very clean apartment great balcony. Only thing, was that there weren't enough towels for all 5 of us to use all week but we had no problem just washing them throughout the week. 10/10 would stay here again!

Very nice apartment great location

This is our 2nd year staying in one of Pats apartments. Well kept, clean, everything we needed. The building is secure and in a great location. There is just the 2 of us but could easily sleep another couple. Great views from balcony. We would recommend Pat he is great with very nice properties for your next stay in Dublin, we will definitely be back next year. John &Judy Fort Worth, Tx

Awesome - but

The apartment was awesome in a very secure building. To us it immediately felt like home away from home, we just fit right in. In the evening it was somewhat noisy as long as the bar was open across the square. While there has been significant improvement in the area, it still has the presence of homeless. We would have appreciated it if Pat had stocked the maintenance items better including, toilet paper, paper towels and dish washing packets since we had to restock these items. The location is very centrally located and all of the sights we wanted to see were within walking distance (30 minutes though I admit we took a taxi a few times). This is easily a repeat location if we were in Dublin in the future. Thank you Pat.
