Excellent accommodations and perfect location!

Pat's place was the perfect stay for our family of four! We had ample room for our two boys, as well as ourselves to sleep and live. The balcony was a fun surprise! Location is perfect... we love to walk, so we never needed to take any form of public transportation. Pat's suggestions for pubs and restaurants were great! Our highlights of Dublin were the Cobblestone Pub, Brazen Head Pub for food, Temple Bar for music and beer, Trinity College Library and Book of Kells for history. An off the grid stop was St. Michan's church, where we were able to view mummified bodies in the crypt with only a small group of people. Both the Guinness and Jameson tours were fun yet very different. Thank you Pat for sharing your wonderful apartment with us! We hope to come back sometime!

Perfect spot in Dublin!

Spacious apartment with exceptional views of Dublin, excellent location with many restaurants and the great Cobblestone pub nearby. Also a perfect spot to launch tours of Dublin, with public transit stops and "hop on/off" buses right outside the door. Patrick was a great host, and we can't recommend spot highly enough!

A lovely four-night stay at Smithfield apartment

We enjoyed our stay at the Smithfield Market apartment. It was roomy and bright, very clean and comfortable. It was located in a convenient area with shops, etc. and accessible; the Smithfield stop on the TUAS Red Line is right at the apartment building. The apartment is just two blocks north of the River Liffey, so it’s an easy walk to many attractions in Dublin. The old Jameson Distillery is across the square from the apartment.

Many thanks to Pat Griffin, the owner, who met us at the apartment upon our arrival and gave us an orientation to the place. At his recommendation, we tried the restaurant Sparks for dinner our first evening; very good menu and meals with a pleasant staff.

In total, our stay was a very good experience.

Great location in lovely area

Apartment was very comfortable for two couples with seating area in living room and dining room for all. Pat greeted us when we arrived and explained how everything worked in the apartment. Kitchen was well equipped though we had to supplement with paper towels and toilet paper as we needed more for our stay. Location is wonderful, close to everything and within steps to supermarket, pubs, coffee shops and Jameson's Touring Facility!

Great Central Location

Pat was great and had the place ready early for us. The rooms, beds, etc were exceptional. The location of this apartment is perfect to walk all over Dublin. Right across the street from great restaurants and Jameson Distillery. Will stay here again when we come back some day.
