Excellent quiet location near busy areas

The apartment was perfectly located near all of the must see places in Dublin. Mr. Griffin was extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs, including giving us additional time to check out due to another Lufthansa strike (two years in a row--avoid that airline at all costs if you have tight connections). Mr. Griffin was extremely nice about our predicament. No complaints about him whatsoever! A great place to stay.

Great location. Property clean and well laid out for our weeklong stay. Host very accommodating.

This apartment was very clean, in a secure building. Just outside your door is a food market, various restaurants and places to grab post dinner drinks. For the finicky eaters the pizza/Italian restaurant next to apartment very good. The nice thing about the location was you could walk to most attractions or a short cab ride/light rail for those a little further out. But not in a hectic part of the city. Overall our host was very accommodating and would recommend this property.

Loved the Smithfield apartment

This was a great stay. Pat was waiting for us with the keys. Very nice, good communication and easy transaction. The apartment was in a good area with easy access to Tram. We loved the Square and all the places eat and grocery shop. The apartment with huge balcony was lovely. No problems and enjoyed our stay in Dublin. Thank you

Super location and facilities

Property maintained well. High standard throughout. Wonderful location, close to shop and restaurants and Jameson Distiillery!! Walking distance to City Centre and Temple Bar. Tram located close too.

Lots of information to help us plan our week.

Good WiFi. TV and Blue Ray player.

Two bathrooms and two well sized bedrooms. One bedroom had double bed and single bed, so ideal for us with teenagers. Kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals and washing machine meant we went home with only a few things needing to be washed!!

Handy concierge to leave bags on our last day and helpful info on Taxi services.

Thoroughly 'recommend for a brilliant holiday.

An open, spacious, comfortable apartment in a perfect location!

What a great place for us. Large windows in the bedrooms and living room look out on Smithfield square. A great grocery store with fresh fruits and vegetables, nice restaurants and cafes, a movie theater, and Luas train line are all located in this square which is about a block north of the river. The well-stocked kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. This will be our home base whenever we visit Dublin.

We had the best vacation ever the 3 bed apt was more than we expected, the location could not be better across the st from james distillery and a few steps to the Lua train and in walking distance to the heart of the city., grocery store right below. We did everything !!! Loved the terrace even though the weather was not cooperating. Thank you for familiarizing us with city map and tour info. Our vac would of not been as grand if not for your assistance. We recommend your property to all our friends and family. Take care, God bless Teresa Troy and Jeremy
