Super location and facilities

Property maintained well. High standard throughout. Wonderful location, close to shop and restaurants and Jameson Distiillery!! Walking distance to City Centre and Temple Bar. Tram located close too.

Lots of information to help us plan our week.

Good WiFi. TV and Blue Ray player.

Two bathrooms and two well sized bedrooms. One bedroom had double bed and single bed, so ideal for us with teenagers. Kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals and washing machine meant we went home with only a few things needing to be washed!!

Handy concierge to leave bags on our last day and helpful info on Taxi services.

Thoroughly 'recommend for a brilliant holiday.

An open, spacious, comfortable apartment in a perfect location!

What a great place for us. Large windows in the bedrooms and living room look out on Smithfield square. A great grocery store with fresh fruits and vegetables, nice restaurants and cafes, a movie theater, and Luas train line are all located in this square which is about a block north of the river. The well-stocked kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. This will be our home base whenever we visit Dublin.

We had the best vacation ever the 3 bed apt was more than we expected, the location could not be better across the st from james distillery and a few steps to the Lua train and in walking distance to the heart of the city., grocery store right below. We did everything !!! Loved the terrace even though the weather was not cooperating. Thank you for familiarizing us with city map and tour info. Our vac would of not been as grand if not for your assistance. We recommend your property to all our friends and family. Take care, God bless Teresa Troy and Jeremy

Wonderful Stay - Spacious Accomodations

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in Dublin thanks to Pat. The apartment was in a terrific location within 15 minutes walk to the center of all the activity. We had plenty of space and thoroughly enjoyed our temporary home away from home. Pat was very accommodating and provided plenty of information before and during our trip.

A very convenient place to stay

We were in Dublin for 10 days and wanted a place that provided a comfortable and convenient location. In arranging for our trip, there were 5 of us, Pat was very prompt at responding to any and all questions. He also provided a wealth of information regarding things to do and see in and around Dublin.

The close proximity to the train was great. Saved a great deal of extra walking and was on schedule and inexpensive to use. All in all a very good apartment and an excellent location.

Excellent location in central Dublin

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment and the parking facility was useful. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. The selection of crockery and cutlery was mixed but adequate. We would certainly use this apartment if in Dublin on another occasion.
