3 Bedroom, 2 bath lake view home
About Chris Bevilacqua
We are a semi-retired couple that have enjoyed family vacations in Lake George for more than 20 years. We have 2 adult married children with 3 young granddaughters. We live in Putnam County, NY but spend a great deal of time in Lake George. I am a retired educator, but still do some consulting in the area of special education. My husband is a retired attorney, but maintains a small practice. We appreciate all the area has to offer.
Chris Bevilacqua purchased this House in 2003
Why Chris Bevilacqua chose Diamond Point
We purchased a second home in Lake George after camping in the area for many years. We are willing to rent out our home to other families, and mature adults so you may enjoy the beauty of the lake and surrounding area. We have created lasting memories with family and friends over the years, enjoying the lake and surrounding mountains during the day, and numerous restaurants, entertainment, and relaxing in the evenings. When renting out the house, we stay in another home nearby and are easily accessible.
What makes this House unique
We have remodeled our home to make it comfortable and welcoming. The deck is spacious with a new outdoor grill, and large picnic table for outdoor eating. The screened in porch offers a pleasant place to sit in the evenings and enjoy a cool breeze. There is a brook in the back that runs throughout the summer, providing a rhythmic background noise. Since it is a second home it is well equipped with all of the comforts of home. The house is in an ideal location providing easy access to the village, Bolton Landing and Saratoga.

We had a great time enjoying a fall weekend in Lake George. The house was quaint and cozy. We do uld not see the lake due to foliage, but none the less it still had a woodsy feel, and the home is only a short drive from the village of LG. Chris made us brownies which were delicious; moist, gooey, and delightful. The house was spacious with plenty of room for adults and kids. This was definitely a trip that we will be making again.
The fridge was not clean and there crumbs under the toaster.
Location was good.
Nice and cozy
It was 6 of us and we all fit in the house with no space problem. It was a warm and cozy feeling as if you're in your own home. The property manager was super nice and explained everything about the house. Would recommend staying here.
Great getaway at Lake George.
House was as advertised. clean, comfortable, good location, Hostess very accommodating. Would stay there again.
Nice cozy home. Chris was welcoming and covered everything about the house and area.
Home away from home
Very easy process to follow to rent properties, timely reminders. The property was perfect for our “girl weekend”. Owner couldn’t have been more accommodating . Wonderful cozy home.
Lake George is a town in New York’s vast, protected Adirondack region of mountains and old-growth forest. The town sits on the lake of the same name. On the shore, the Fort William Henry Museum & Restoration is a restored British fort, built in 1755. Nearby, Million Dollar Beach has picnic areas and a boat launch. The Prospect Mountain Veterans Memorial Highway offers views of the lake and the Adirondack High Peaks.
Lake George is considered the Queen of American Lakes. It is a crystal clear lake offering all water activities; swimming, boating, water skiing, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. For those who enjoy the outdoors, there are several hiking and nature trails in the surrounding foothills of the Adirondacks, and extensive designated road and mountain biking cycling trails . We have detailed guides to many of the trails in the area in the house. The area is family friendly with several nearby attractions, Six Flags Great Escape amusement park, Fort William Henry, a children's museum, and endless hours of fun on the lake. There are over 300 restaurants and cafes in the area for every taste, with several breweries and wineries offering local fare. There are several cruises from the village that offer a scenic tour of the lake, and an exciting nightlife.
